(Another) Request for a woman's perspective

I tried searching to see if this type of thread had been posted before. I'm sure it has, but I'm not the most adept at searching the forums very well, unfortunately.

Anyway, I apologize for just being another guy asking for a woman's perspective, but I am curious...

What are some of the more flattering compliments you receive? Is it more meaningful to you to be told you're "hot", "gorgeous", "beautiful", or something else?

Again, I was just curious. Thanks for replying in advance, if you do!

The best compliment I've received is from other women. Why? Because their compliments are very sincere with no hidden agenda. I remember wearing a nice summer dress one day and I had several guys complimented me.

Later that day another woman walked up to me and said "Gurl you are wearing that dress!!!! Where did you get it from?"

Her compliment made me feel really good. IMO....women are more judgmental than men. We tend to nick pick everything so when we compliment each other you can believe without a doubt that we mean it.

I have to agree with the girl thing, a compliment from a women is a nice thing...but also, when someone notices something small about you, like for example, that the color of your eyes aren't just blue, they have details, I think that's cool, or something about your personality, I think that's really nice.
Anyone can say "you're beautiful, you're hot" bla bla bla, I here it all the time, but when you notice something small, that means something because you're looking deeper...and not just on the surface...and to me that's more flatering then the whole "You're hot, beautiful" bla bla bla, but its nice to hear that too LOL I really appreaciate the small things in life, and someone who notices the small things in someone else, is awesome in my book :)

I think women like any kind of compliment.

I find it flattering when someone compliments my intelligence or personaity especially. It doesn't necessarily have to be a direct compliment though. Just being able to hold a good coversation is nice, especially when the other person actually LISTENS.

A freind I hadn't seen in quite a whie said to me the other day- "Girl, you got legs all the way to your A$$!"

That was nice too.
