Well like CMan said you could do this with any ball really, but it's only 9'99 so if you want to buy it go ahead, but you could just use any ball really around that size...just a gimmick really, they're trying to sell you a ball basically...It reminds me of those utility benches that people use for concentration curls and such, why not just use a normal chair?...althought utility benches aren't a complete sham like this bender ball
