I am 24 days out from my first contest. I have been doing good with shedding lbs up to about 1.5 weeks ago. My entire diet is posted on this online excel sheet. Its easy to view and the first sheet in the workbook lays out the basics and the other sheets show the 3 detailed days.

For cardio I have a recumbent bike in my apt so if you think i should be upping the cardio thats easy to do. I generally do about 30 minutes on medium resistance.

I have been taking chromium picholinate, L-carnitine, and a few caffeine metabolism boosters(not on a regular basis, usually AST dymedrine).

I added a set or two to my training recently but that isnt doing well so I am lowering the volume and trying to stick with big weights.

You can see in the ab thigh where i still have a few extra lbs that wont shake off on my waist.

I am not sure what to cut out with the supps and food for the last few weeks. I have read laynes article but im starting to panic a bit.

Also, comments on my genetics are appreciated too.

Any comments/ suggestions are welcome

well i'm not a guru or anything but that did happen to me towrds the end and even recently since i decided to do another show... what i changed was my cardio.... i added 20 mins LIT after my work outs, to get some extra calories off..... since doing that i lost a little more then a 1/2 lb extra... the little bit of weight at the midsection could be sub-q which if you plan it right, you can dry out for the show.... overall from the pics you look good man ( no homo)
what show do you plan on doing...?? where abouts in OHio???

last thing, don't panic, cause 24 days is still a bit of a time frame, and you'd be surprised what your body can do in such a short time...

THanks for the advice. I might hop on the stairclimber at the gym after workouts to try and shred up some more.

I reduced my carbs even more on low days and a LOT on medium days. I changed some timing on the carbs as well. I also dont eat carbs ater 6:30PM anymore. I am not 203.2lbs!!! as of this morning. Ill keep evenryone updated as much as possible.

OK, first, you look damn good 3 weeks out, especially with NO TAN.
As for NO carbs after 6pm, think lean and green after 3pm, any carbs come from GREENS, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, etc.. stuf that makes your body work to digest it.
That little bit may stay on until you start dropping water before the show, you'll wake up show day and "damn there're those lower abs" so don't freak
worst thing you can do now is start chewing off muscle trying to lose a little fat, you want to be full onstage and by manipulating carbs and water you can dry out even further while drawing water into the muscles on show day
