I use NOX2 and I like it. It has given me good pumps.
I also take it with creatine, I think they work good together.

I will be taking it with creatine, the thing is I havent tried either, so I was thinking of starting my creatine before the NOX2 so that I know whether I am reatcing to the NOX2.

I took NO2 with creatine for 8 weeks. I stopped taking NO2 and used only creatine for a second 8 weeks. I saw no difference. I now take only creatine. NO2 is very expensive and, for me at least, there is no benefit.
I am a male, but I see no reason why gender would matter in regards to this type of supplementation.

Since writing this, I have come across an article that, indeed, says there are differences in gender with regards to Arginine (NO2 is the amino acid, arginine). It seem the ladies have the advantage on this one. Because of smaller muscle mass, females get more benefit on average than men do.
Also, I have learned that arginanine provides the most benefit in preventing catabolism in the morning. I did not consistantly take the NO2 30 minutes prior to breadfast as recommended. Sorry for the misinformation. Knowing this, I am going to give it another try. (I still have 1 bottle.)

I've read a few books on NO2 but haven't tried it as of yet. I'm still a novice and at the point where some good ole' workouts still get gains for me. I think once I get into more intense workouts I'll be able to benefit from NO2. Definitely let us all know what your experiences are using it. Any brand better than others? I've stopped into GNC and they've had a few locked up bottles of NO2 selling for over $80 a bottle. That typical?

Rosie- NO2 genereally is prety pricey. I have a friend who manages a sup store so i getpretty good deals, which allows me to try new stuff out otherwis I dont think I would.
I have NoX2. I will start taking it in a few weeks, I have just got back into the gym after competing so Im seeing some decent gains but figured when I start to plateau. I am thinking about starting my creatine before the Nox@ though so that I know if Im seeing changes they are a result of the NoX2 not the creatine.
