I manage to jog non stop slow pace for a 2.4 km with the time abuot 15 mins i think.
then today i tried to jog slighly bigger pace. but after the 1st round my energy seems to get drain up. and i stop after jogging for 2 rounds. rested for 6 mins then tried to jog again on a slow pace but in the middle of the 1st round i stop as i really can't do it anymore. no idea why today iam not in tip top condition...
is there a way i can complete 2.4 in 11 mins - ?
p.s : i jog inside the stadium.

Only way to improve is to run run run and RUN more.
Create a routine, stick to it. mark ur progress..blah..

Muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance. Do some INTENSE training. Sprints, wrestling, sparring. Yeah, sprints are more anaerobic but try sprinting full speed at 400m and do some varied jogging. Like job at 2/3, 1/3, sprint 100m, 1/3, 2/3, sprint 200m, 1/3, 2/3, 1/3, sprint 100m.

does skipping help alot in jogging as well?
i skip normal pace 400 for warm up without stopping but lots of times the rope got tangle with my leg hehe. and then sprint for 150 within 1 min then rest for 1 min then sprint for 100 within a min then rest for 2 mnis then sprint for another 100 and thats it. hehe

Work on gradually increasing your distance, once you get to 3 or 3.5, try to work on speed.

hmmm my planned schedule for training is roughly
1 day sets of 400m sprints
1 day rest
1 day 20 min tempo
1 day rest
1 day 30 min EASY
1 day long run (8-10k) with a target...
1 day rest
rinse and repeat

Check out some of the articles on this site. Particularly "Couch to 5k" if you are a beginning runner. http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/index.shtml

and walk some more. I've been running for a few months. I would normally crash after about 1.5 miles. But, I would still walk an additional 1.5 to 3 miles afterwards. Once I got my wind, I would do 1.5 miles, rest for 5 minutes, then I was able to do it again. I would cover around 5 miles a day. Pretty soon, you'll find you don't need to rest. Once you get to that point, you're distances and times will improve drastically.
