Hey Derek Im new to this forum but have read some of your stuff in the past and they have been very helpful. Well since you're a student and probably leading busy schedule (Im a college student also) I was wondering how many hours of sleep you get in a day? Do you try to put in some naps? I remember seeing Ronnie Colemans video and was amazed that he functioned at 6-7 hours of sleep while he put in harcore workouts AND held his job at the police station at the time. In other books I read bodybuilders had been sleeping to periods as long as 12-13 hours a day! I know people function on different amounts of sleep and was just wondering how you function and how you keep yourself energized (if you take cofee etc.). Thanks for your time.
