Okay for the past 3 weeks.. Idk if it's because i started this new low rep high rep program.. But about after every chest workout.. just on chest.. it Cramps Terrrrrrrriblyy.. like if i just move my arm across the body or try and grab my seatbelt or shower.. its terrible upperchest CRAMPS and almost folds haha? anything ot help this? or maybe im just gettin a good workout in ;)? lol
