Okay for the past 3 weeks.. Idk if it's because i started this new low rep high rep program.. But about after every chest workout.. just on chest.. it Cramps Terrrrrrrriblyy.. like if i just move my arm across the body or try and grab my seatbelt or shower.. its terrible upperchest CRAMPS and almost folds haha? anything ot help this? or maybe im just gettin a good workout in ;)? lol

stretch your chest before and after work out. and drink more water.
i had this same problem.

Eat a banana before you work out and drink lots of water.
