Hi, I know this sounds really stupid, but does the GNC Mega MEn Multivitamin contain any sugar or calories? The reason i ask is because the ingredients says that it contains fruit and vegetable powders (for anti-oxidants). I am about to start a strict 5 week cutting phase and I just want to know if it contained any calories. Is anyone else using Mega Men? Thanks

Check to see if it says it is free of all yeast, starch, and whatever. If it doesn't, it probably has like .1g of carbs in it.

It says No Artificial Colors, No Preservatives, No Wheat, No Dairy, Yeast Free.
So what's that mean calorie wise.
Thanks

Drop GNC Mega Men and invest in Animal Pak. Its cheap (especially from bb.com) and is a great multivitamin... Just a thought...

eh, any calories in it will be MINIMAL, about less than 2 calories in total, i suppose.

you don't have to be THAT strict when cutting bro. a multivit isn't going to kill you, seriously. or do you measure the amount of calories that could be present in the air , say , floating sugar in the air from a candy factory exploding somewhere :D

lol ok to answer your question the amount will be minimal and nothing to worry about even if you are the most hardcore dieter ever in the history of dieting... I certainly wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

PS - Get Animal Pak

the energy is probably from the additional b complex that's inside.
vitamin b complex is the most impt vitamin for bb, if you ask me :D
