Just curious as to what you guys do as far as amino acid supplements. I have been taking creatine & L-glutamine for about the past couple of months now. Not sure if I really notice a difference or if it's too gradual to tell. Also, I've read conflicting literature about when and how much to take. Should I take my aminos pre- or post-workout or both?
