HELP!!!! I'm competing for the first time and my breasts are in awful shape. I went from a full DDD to practically nothing (my mother told me I was flat-chested!). My question is what do you do with all the flabby skin??? I've tried taping, but can't get the tape to hold them in place without wrapping it around my entire torso. Any suggestions???

The only thing you can do is get a breast lift, because once skin loses its elasticity, it does not shrink.

agreed. I am in the same situation with thighs.

For breast - mastopexy is basically it.

Good luck

I'll be in your shoes next year. These babies are sure to sag. Other than surgery, I can't think of anything else. By the way, I would have never guessed you were 46 years old. Wow! You look great! Congratulations on reaching competition level. :)

Did you try duct tape? ;) Actually, if you find someone that is good with frequencies in your area, the skin and any scars can become much more taught. Over time and if done correctly, they can help make things "normal".

This may be a dumb question: but is the duct tape actually placed on the skin? Seems like that would hurt or cause brusing when peeled off. Ouch!

Hm, looking at your pictures, the problem is not evident...

Let me first just say that you look amazing......and after seeing your progress pics I can see where you used to be fuller before losing the bodyfat.

Looking at your competition pics, I don't think you have much to worry about, as you truly do look fantastic.....as for dealing with extra saggy, droopy, flabby big breasts....I chose surgery.

I squeeze my thigh master with for my upper body. I can see the "girl" lifting and separating in the mirror, it really works for me and I've had children and really have somewhat of a "rack" Try it
