Well here is week 2 Lifting chart. As you can see my tricep lifts have increasee in which that is what Derek wants me to bring up along with biceps and traps. I am hitting legs harder then this actually adding more sets etc. Usually do 4 sets of squats and leg press on different days along with leg extention and SLDL. As u know u don;t grow if u don;t squat. I will be posting pics and measurments later tonight . But for now here is last weeks journal start week 3 today. Weight is still at about 169-170. I have been taking Omega Ener-G glutamine for 3 days and I tell ya what energy and recovery has been better. I may be adding a nice little cycle of something something this week

I will not be posting pics this week I have don't have access to a digital this week , Not much has change my measurements are
Chest 36
Biceps-15
Waist-31.75
Calfs-15
-Weight 169.5
BF-will check it on Wednesday

Judging by the other pic, there is no way your chest is only 36 inches. I think you must have mistyped.

Your week 1 bicep measurement was 13.5", week 2 says 15". Did you gain 1.5" in a week?

Well started week 3 yesterday. I really think this week is going to be a good on as my schedule is changing so I will be doing my lifting and cardio back to back beings I started coaching after school etc. I will be up at 3am to have breakfast etc on high carb days. This is actually a plus because I was normally splitting up cardio and lifting etc. Now I will be able to get in a carb meal before the workout so this may help in overall cals consumption etc. I will have pics by friday of the 3rd week. I have noticed a decrease in soreness while starting Omega Ener-G product and an increase in energy. I had not taken any glutamine product in about 3 years so this is new to me.
