Hey Derek, could you tell me how many calories to have on a low/high carb day for a clean bulking cycle? I weigh 130 and have a 4-day split. I can't gain any or much fat because wrestling is coming up, but I do have about 5 lbs I can grow into.This would be greatly appreciated. Thnx!

if you weigh 130, then you should eat minimum of 130g protein, and about 130g of carbs, also dont forget your fats!
on a high carb day you could goto 2xbodyweight for carbs

Shoot for 150-180 grams of protein each day. 130 grams of carbs on low carbs days and 260 grams on high carb days. If you don't gain on this, increase you carbs to 150 on low carb day and 300 on high carb day.
