This journal will document my progress towards attaining a 1000 total in the Bench press, Squat, and Clean. Currently, I have a 275 bench, 405 squat, and a 285 clean (brand new!) for a grand total of 965 @ at BW of 185. Only 35 more pounds! This is a goal I have been working towards since I was a freshmen in high school, and I look forward to breaking a few records in this, my senior year.

Notes: Good workout. Not alot of speed on cleans, but decent. Box squats felt solid. RDL's were decent, but shrugs were sloppy. Cable lunges were new and interesting.

Notes: Bench felt awesome! Definitely had 6, maybe 7 reps. 300 I'm coming for you! Unilateral DB bench felt really strong. WG pullups were good, but I have no endurance. Dips are getting better.

Notes: HOLY ****! Cleans totally exceeded expectations. 285 was perfect form. 300 is only a short ways away. Clean pulls were explosive. Speed Box Squats were very fast. GHR's felt great as did the Goodmornings. Best workout in months.
