This journal will document my progress towards attaining a 1000 total in the Bench press, Squat, and Clean. Currently, I have a 275 bench, 405 squat, and a 285 clean (brand new!) for a grand total of 965 @ at BW of 185. Only 35 more pounds! This is a goal I have been working towards since I was a freshmen in high school, and I look forward to breaking a few records in this, my senior year.
