Changing time to take birth control?

It's my second week on Yaz and I'm going on vacation for a month to another country. I've been taking the pill everyday usually around 8pm but I was wanting to change that (since 8pm here would be 4am there). I'm not sure how to do that though...???

You're going on vacation right away, or after a few weeks? Because the typical time to change it would be at the end of a pack. If that isn't possible, every day move it by 1 hour in whichever direction is best.

Read the instructions that come with it, as some are still supposed to be effective for up to 12 hours after a missed pill so you should be able to move the time to a more convenient time for you within this window...
Or ask your doctor/nurse who prescribed it...

Well I'm not going to be sexually active during the vacation, I'm taking it to help lighten my periods. So I guess it would be okay to go 12 hours without one pill. Hmmm....I only have a few days until I'm leaving so I dunno if I could do the hour-by-hour thing..

Yep, if you aren't sexually active, just switch it by 12 hours, no problem.

Just adjust the time you take it by an hour each day until you are taking it at the time you like.
