im gonna start running and im also body building so i dont want to burn up to much of myself or tired myself out to much but i still want to get better stamina and better sprinting speed. i workout like 4-6 days a week for 30-1hr a day. im eating bout 4000-5000 calories i can always eat more. should i jog for 15 mins one day and then the next day sprint for 10 mins? or take a day off in between or what??/

oh yeah,,, run at night or noonish? i workout around 6 or 7 or 8pm. should i get some protein for after running?
