Well, I am happy to announce that I got the Electric Lemonade flavor of the MAG. It is simply amazing! If you like a lemonade flavored drink go out and get yourself some of this Shiz!
Day One of Supplement
Sucks that this is going to fall into the whole rest day. I actually did do some cardio today so, thats a plus. I should be able to give better reviews once this stuff starts kicking in and I am getting into the meat and potatoes of the routine.
Mixability 10/10
Like the other flavored MAG, there is absolutely no problem mixing this product. I just use a gatorade bottle. Give it a few hard shakes and bam, I am drinking a green colored Lemonade drink!
Taste 10/10
Simply Amazing. I cant argue this enough, if I hadnt known that I was consuming a creatine supplement I would have never known. I would have thought it was just some ole lemonade drink to quench my thirst!
Effects 7.5/10
I could begin to feel my muscles working but since this was just a simple rest/cardio day, I cant really give a good review. Besides its my first day with the creatine.
Energy 9.5/10
I must say, I wasnt really ready to feel some energy but I had a burst of it. I ran my 4.5 miles today and I did it in 25:46. I was surprised. I was feeling cock full of energy, I am not sure if it was the supplement or not but I tell you I was amped today!
Overall 9.0/10
I must say, for just doing cardio, I was thoroughly impressed. Another outstanding products from those boys over at Controlled Labs. I am excited about the next 79 days! Its gonna be a hell of a ride!

Hey, Today was a bit different. I woke up and weighed myself so it was my first real weigh in. Yesterday was midday. My weight this morning was 181.6. I havent weighed that much in a while. I am usually a lot heavier then that. Oh well. I havent really worked out in like 7 weeks because my daughter was just born so I took time off. Now I am getting back into with this log. Anyhow, I decided to do my cardio in the morning with a 3.5 mile run where a good 1/3 of the run was in a steep incline. Nice little little warm up. Then I went with doing my workout at around noon today.

This is a drop set. I put 2 100 lb plates on me. I do this to failure and then my buddy will take off the two plates and put on four 45 lb plates. Then I do that to failure and it just continues taking off the plates until I reach 100 reps. A beautiful burn. Usually I do a good 20 to 25 reps with the 200 and 180 lbs. I can then start to cruise to the 100 rep mark with the lighter weights.

I will hang there for as long as possible two times. !st time I got 46 sec

That is the workout. I took the MAG 43 minutes prior to working out today. I felt awesome. A little more about the workout. In between sets the rest time is 45 sec to 60 sec in between exercises is 1:45 to 2:00. Key here is timing and the mind to muscle connection.
Energy 9/10
I am not going to say my energy was high because of the supplements but it sure was high today. I loved the feeling. I went into the gym took care of business and rolled out still feeling fine.
Focus 9/10
Just like energy. This category was on point. I seen what I had to do and I tended to some business
Pump 9/10
Man, after I did my pre exhaust for Bi's my arms would filling with air like you wouldnt believe. They were getting tight and balloon like. Pretty unreal. It must be my body getting accustomed to the supplement world again.
Overall 9/10
Today's workout definately was on point. I really cant talk much about the supplement that I am using, simply because it is just too early for creatine to have big effects on the workouts. The taste and mixability is still the best around. I dont or shouldnt have to mention that anymore.

Hello again, Thanks to everyone that came in and viewed my Arm routine. Yeah it seems a little brutal and everything but, in order to gain muscle you got to go intense. Anyhow, today was Chest/Shoulders/Traps day. Let me start at the beginning. When I woke up this morning I had very little pain/soreness. I must say, my recovery from my arm workout was supreme. I was chaulk full of energy when I hit the gym. I went a little too hard on chest and my shoulder workout suffered a little. Its alright though because the next shoulder and chest day Imma hit up the shoulders first in the routine. My traps didnt suffered at all thats why the endurance is still pretty high.
Pump 9/10
The pump was there. My chest and shoulders were annihilated after I left the gym. I left it all in there today ladies and gentlemen. I weighed in at the beggining of the workout at 186.4 and left at 189.1. Awesome Pump!
Focus 9.25/10
Like the previous day, I was a man on a mission. There was little to stop me from achieving a mind blowing workout today. I just snapped into the zone and went with in.
Energy 8.75/10
The energy was high in the beginning and went away a little towards the end. I started to fatigue before i normally would. I dont know why but, it was just a minor fatigueing. Maybe it was because I only got 6 and a half hours of sleep. Who knows.
Overall 9.25/10
This was a pretty damn good workout. I was feeling it. I still cant comment on the effects of the supplements but they sure as hell seem as if they are working. I dont know if it is just my mind or not but, I sure in the hell feel as if I am harder and fuller off of just two days of working out. This may be an outstanding run for 80 days. Stay Tuned!

Hello. Today I wasnt really feeling it. I went out to do my morning cardio before I consume anything and after I got done and ate my first meal it was pretty much over with. I was a little sore but something deep inside told me I wouldnt be able to perform well in the gym today. I listened to my instinct and didnt go to the gym. I will definately go to the gym tomorrow. I am already feeling a little amped about tomorrow.

My endurance is decent. It is not the best yet and not the best I have ever been so thats why i graded it what I did. I lasted throughout the workout without being to fatigued to continue so thats a plus!
Pump 9.25/10
The pump today was excellent. When I was doing my pullups, by the end my back was already getting tight and the lats were pulsating. I also had the huge veins rolling through the bis!
Focus 9.5/10
Did my thing no problems!.
Energy 9/10
This was higher then the last workout so that was a good thing. I am still tiring out towards the end of my routine.
Overall 9.42/10
I am thoroughly impressed with everything thus far. This is a great product and I see immense potential here!

Another good workout. The only problem with today was I couldnt do Chest and Shoulders Like I wanted to because thursday I have a Physical Fitness Test for the Marine Corps. I read that PU had recommended this and I seen it in DC training so I figured Id give it a go ahead. I do it with a 35 lb dumbell and I did it for 2 sets. This hurt like a bitch but my chest really isnt that sore compared to last chest workout

It is a Pull up/ Sit up/ 3 mile run test. I started off with Pull Ups. See how many you can get but the Max points is 20 pull ups. I felt pretty strong so I wanted to try something new. Do a pull up and stop at the bottom for a second then do another and so on..Usually you just bang em out quick and your done. I did 20 easily and I probably had a few more in me but there was no need to do anymore. I did my 100 situps in under the two minute time limit. I took purple wraath in the morning before the run adn whatnot..It worked excellent. I didnt cramp or feel a thing. I absolutely LOVED it! I am back to the gym tomorrow though. Be prepared!

This workout is for friday the 13th. It was a shoulder workout. I decided to do a rest-pause type of workout for delts. I jsut wanted to increase some of the intensity. This is pretty simple. For those that dont know I will explain it. 1 complete set will actually be broken up into 6 different parts. You'll do how many ever reps prescribed then rest for 15 secs, Same amount of reps then 16 secs, same amount of reps 17 secs, same amount of reps 18 secs, same amount of reps and then 19 sec rest period and then one final time of the same amount of reps. Then you would rest in between that one set and the next for a minute and 30 secs and then repeat.

Again no warm up but 5 working sets of 5 with 30 lb dumbells for the first 3 sets and 25 for the last two sets
Total Reps were 150 here.
Rear Delt Raises Supersetted with shoulder shrugs to failure
Here I did 5 working sets of just 8 reps. No rest pause sets here. My delts were pretty trashed. I did 45 lb dumbells for the raises and I did shurgs with 225 to failure. I ended up getting 13 reps the first set 11 the second then I went to 10 for the next 2 and 9 for the final one.

I felt really good in this specific workout. It was pretty insane. I went into the gym feeling great and left the same. My pump was amazing, I strength was pretty good striaght on through the workout and I didnt really fatigue. I must say I am impressed!

Hey there. I was going to continue working out and everything but I was pretty damn sore. I decided to take the next two days off. the 20 and the 21 was my off days. I am back to hitting it hard again on the 22nd.

I am still thoroughly impressed with the supplementation thus far. My strength and size are increasing pretty substantially and I am happy about this. WOW!! Thats how I have to start this off. I am still impressed as I am writing this. I havent had that good of an Arm workout in my entire life. I went heavy from the start and stayed there. It was pretty damn insane. I still feel the pump and the workout ended a couple of hours ago. I love this supplement!!!!!! WOW!!!

Yeah, that's the one. Wouldn't be so bad if it next to a mirror so you can check your form. Does the GM give you the ****s? It does to me! I can't believe you let them beat you down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You must have gotten weak. None of that **** goes on here. I got our schedule for the work ups, I'm gonna see if I have time to run one last good bulk before we get on ship. If not, they better have a good gym once we leave.

Hey everyone. Sorry I havent updated this in a while. I was home on leave going to my brothers wedding and getting my baby baptized. I was a bit busy so all I did was take my supplements and rest. I did cardio on three of the days. A light run and that was about the end of the story. I kicked it up backto the gym and now I am at it again.

This was a pretty intense workout in my own opinion. I rested only 45 seconds between everything. I went into the gym and hammered out the workout and bounced on it. Pretty intense. I loved the pump and the size increase! Awesome! Kudos to green mag again!

Hello. I had to skip out on the workout today. I was a little angry about it too. But work calls. We had to do a 8 mile hike with our flaks and kevlars with our packs on our backs. It was a decent pace to so, My shoulders, back, and legs got some good work. I was just a little too exhausted to workout. I did weigh in this worning. 186.3...Gaining ground!

I Did a rest day because we had some military training to do. We had to do a 6 mile hump. All it is, is a walk with a pack and full gear. Flak, Kevlar and weapons..Not too much weight just about 50 pounds of stuff and you walk a good pace..We finished in 2 hours and 25 minutes..So today I did back and hammered it out pretty quick.
