Hi ladies.

The scenerio:
My (lady) friend asked me what she can take to lean her stomach safely. She is 110lbs, 5'5" 21 yrs old. I told her to start running again, but since she's working and going to summer class she hardly has the time to. I got her a bottle of Higher Power GTE, because I took it before and still do and had/having great results. My noticeable effects of supping with 1000mg in the AM and 1000mg before my workout was a complete appetite suppresant, made me very thermogenetic, noticed a mild stim effect, and deff. slimed my waistline down and made my abs alot more noticeable! (In no way am I pimping GTE, these are the true side effects I noticed from this supp.) After I told her my effects, she became weary of taking it because she does not want her appetite lowered (she hardly eats as is), and I don't want it to either.

The question:
Can anyone who supp. with GTE before post their noticeable effects specifically targeting your appetite to help her out. And if there is any other/better safe/natural supp. out there that would be better for a women please let me know as well.

I will be showing her this thread with all your support and help

Thankyou very much,
Frank

Where's the weight lifting to go along with all the cardio, not eating, and supplementing?

OK. I said above that because it is summertime and she has work and class, she is very limited to free time. Come August, she will have more free time and will resume training (lifting/cardio/not eating/supplementing).

bump for some actual help, please dont point your finger at anything else. trust me revmachine21 those wouldve been the first words I would've told her need there be a concern for that.

I'd suggest focusing first on setting out a good clean diet and an exercise program. The only supplement someone just getting started really needs is a good multi. Fat burning supplements can be misleading because they themselves don't burn the fat, they help you burn the fat yourself by giving you more energy. You've still got to eat the right stuff and do the exercise.

A clean diet of about 6 small meals a day will keep the metabolism humming right along. Add to that some weight training and cardio and she should start seeing some results. It really doesn't have to be much, what's important is just getting a routine started and then gradually adding to it. Too much too soon will just be overwhelming especially if she's already got a busy schedule. But no need to wait until the fall to start the weight training. I'd actually suggest it over the cardio. Just my 2 cents!

*bangs my head against the keyboard*

Am i asking the wrong question in the original post? She is no rookie at training, she has been active in some form of exercise for over 6 years. And for the past 5 years since I've known her she has been eating healthy, not perfect, but healthy. I have been giving her preliminary advice for about a year about training/nutrition/sleep/everything etc. She just came to me the other day and asked bc of her lack of time for the next 2 months, and the minimal time she gets to do her lifting/cardio/polaties (sp)/yoga/whatever she does regularly, is there something that she can be taking right now to keep her slim, and I recommended a natural thermogenetic such as GTE. Are there any ladies with experience with this or any other reccomendations that would work well?

thankyou again

Well, sorry then. No, there is no pill she can take that will by itself lean her out. She can take a thermogenic, but in my experience I've seen no difference in myself or others who take them alone without a proper diet and exercise program. The only thing one of those fat burners has ever done for me is give me some extra energy to keep me moving through my lifting and cardio...

Hi ladies.

The scenerio:
My (lady) friend asked me what she can take to lean her stomach safely.

The answer to this question (as I see it): Until she can get back to working out her stomach will have to stay where it's at. And I don't think she'll gain any extra weight by stopping exercising if she adjusts her calories. Abs are the last thing to come in (as you probably know yourself). So, it needs some serious training and dieting. So no, I don't know of any supps that can reduce her middle section while not following a proper training+diet routine.
