Is walden farm products okay to take during pre contest time

if when should i stop taking them, 2 weeks out, 1 week out?

I think Walden farms products are great , others use them also in there diets , as far as cutting them out i would guess to say 2 weeks , thats when you really try to stop using anything not needed , some even go as far as to boil there chicken.

I think theres even a Walden Farms Rep on the boards.

Sweetners stop at 2 weeks.

Creatine stop at 2 weeks.

I LOVE WALDEN FARMS.....I use their syrup on my protein pancakes every morning. Also their dressings are great.

I loved em too... for about a month... since then, they make me dry heave! LOL Tastes like a mouthful of chemicals.

Well, the salad dressings anyway... I haven't tried anything else. The syrup is good?

I'd say the syrup is the best product they have....tastes the lease "chemically."
