Is it better to do Push up's with Push up Bars or with u'r hands, because u can go lower with the bars, but somehow I feel that its better with u'r hands even though after doing it for so many days u'r wrist starts to feel pain every time u do them?

Hey, I do not really know the 'correct' answer for this question. However, I am a big fan of using my body for exercies... I believe that it is the best tool. I've learned that if you are bored with basic hand pushups try knuckle, finger tips, off a stability ball regular pushups, clap pushups etc. I used to do martial arts and being my own tool to make things more hard was effective...

I think both ways have their use.
It depends on where I do the push-ups. If I do my workouts in a park I sure won't take the bars with me. At home I use them but rather infrequently.
Funny thing you mention wrist pain, when I have that I use the push-up bars to get through my workout without pain.
