alright, I am thinking of doing this for my leg day cuz I am gonna change my routine up in about 8 more weeks and I thought of this:
Quads:
Squats-3 sets x 8-20 reps
Front Squats-3 sets x 8-20 reps
Leg Extensions-3 sets x 8-20 reps
Hack Squats-3 sets x 8-20 reps
Wall sits-4 sets until failure
Hams:
SLDL-3 sets x 8-20 reps
Lying Leg Curls-3 sets x 8-20 reps
Standing One Legged Leg Curls-3 sets x 8-20 reps
Glute and Ham Exercise-4 sets until failure
So.....everything else in the routine is good. And another thing is I work Quads on Monday and Hams on Wednesday.....So im just wondering if this is going to be too much for either of those body parts to handle???
