I don't like talking about 'favourite' or 'least favourite' exercise.I think that if you go to the gym thinking 'oh no ... its xxxxxx day' you're going in with the wrong mentality.

you should have an equal mind set whatever.

I disagree, you can have a favorite/least favorite exercise and still do everything with the same intensity. That's why everyone talks about the importance of focus all the time. As long as you can focus, it doesn't matter how much you like or don't like a lift.

I agree and disagree. I don't DREAD any day of lifting ever. However, I get a lot of satisfaction from training my weaker areas so I do tend to enjoy those days best.
