Hi! Im 5ft2 female and I weigh 110lbs, but its not all muscle. At the moment weight train 4 times per wk & do 3 sets of 8 reps each exercise. I dont really do much cardio (2 X 20 min per wk)
I want to keep my body weight at 110lbs but reduce my body fat, but pack on more muscle. Can anyone help?

Hey dani, and welcome. You have terriffic stats and your training is excellent. To get rid of the excess bodyfat you will need to take a look at your diet. What is your current eating plan like now?

Hey dani, you're doing good. Be certain that you are receiving some protein and carbohydrates with each meal, also make sure you are getting carbs and protein after training to replinish your glycogen stores and speed up recovery.

Would you happen to know the macronutrient breakdown? If not I can get a rough estimate. I want to be sure that you are eating enough protein and be sure that you calories aren't too low.
