This is the guy I work out with he's registered here as army vet and asked me to put up so pics to get some opinions and for you to critique. He has lifted since high school but has really gotten serious in the last year, he basically stays this lean year round because he is very big on natural foods and eating very cleanly.
Please let him know what you think.
Oh yeah, he's 6ft. and 194lbs

chest-- cant really tell from the position (guess-7)
arms--7
tris-9
abs-7 (if they are flexed)
legs- not in pics

anything else--- i don't know, ask someone else...
overall--? 7.5-8

yeah i know this post is rather gay
btw i was rating on like a normal guy scale not steroid abusing monster scale...
okay well, umm everyone can make fun of my post now. go ahead. at least someone posted!!

I'd say you need more width in your lats. You don't have a very good V. Also I think your chest needs to come out a little more. And when you bring those up, you'll have to develop your arms a bit more. I have no idea what I'm talking about. Other than that, pretty good.

I think you do know what your talking about because thats the same thing other people said on a different forum and I agree.

Oh no problem. In spite of your weak points, you do look quite good. Just bring those things out and you'll look great.
