Try some relatively deep pushups between chairs, and some pushups with your feet elevated after you bench (simulates an incline press).

you can only go as far as the equipment will let you. IMO you can do all the push ups you want,(which i recomend doing alot b/c it is good for your chest)but without real weight and the ability to do different exercises you will not gain alot of mass.

One arm pushups are a good workout to help chest development.
They cost nothing to start doing either.
Start doing them on your knees.

hit some weighted pushups and find some where around the house for some weighted dips.

If you are unable to develop your chest using flat bench universal then :
1. You aren't pushing yourself enough
2. You aren't eating right

what do you think most of us older guys had to work with growing up, the high school gym universal machine

add some dips, don't HAVE to be weighted, preferably NOT if you don't have a chest yet as it can place unwanted stress on undeveloped areas (see my posts on 'wrist surgery' and I am QUITE strong)
put two chairs at your sides, put your feet on the bed, dip with you elbows OUT, this stresses the chest
flat bench, incline pushups, and dips will give you all you NEED to grow that chest
the rest is up to YOU buddy

yeah I have to agree with that, joining a gym would be for the best but since you dont have one you are going to have to push yourself, INTENSITY will make your muscles grow, not 73 differant movements to hit each part of your chest.
