Hey everyone, I am trying to loose my lil belly by the end of june-middle of july for the summer. I am trying to go on the keto diet. Lower carbs,higher protein but i think it is forming into more of the atkins diet. I usually eat 2 eggs in the morning with 1 tsp ketchup( i need something on my eggs) snack~ is baby carrots and sometimes some peanuts. Lunch is usually (if i eat lunch) a salad or tuna with 1 tsp mayo, dinner is usually c boneless hicken and some kind of veggie. Is this good? I also work out about 6 times a week cardio and 4-5 days a week or light hand weights. and i do an ab routine. I just wanna see my lower belly pouch go.. and i also wanna loose 10-15 pounds. I am 5'6 and i just weighed myself yesterday and i am 145!!! I used to be 138..ohh boy i am soo disapointed! *laura*

Hey laura! great to hear about your proposed weight loss plans. The key is to boost your metabolic rate. You need some carbs in your diet. Eat more often, about 5-6 meals a day. Don't eat carbs before you go to bed.
What is your current cardio program in regards to tye of activity and duration?
Also, what do you do with the hand weights? Are you a member of a fitness centre/gym?

If you really want to lose that weight and nothing else is working, pm me and I will try to help you out. I know how frustrating it can be. You just need to hang in there!

hey everyone sry i havent written back in a while i havent been able to get online. I am currently running about 2 miles a day sometimes only one, (outside and on treadmill) sometimes I go to the gym and take cardio classes like kickboxing or something. I also use light hand weights for my arms and chest. I do an ab routine for my abs also. I was trying to keto diet and now im on just a healthy diet, no fat, veggies, fruits sometimes a cheat meal. But I think 2morrow i am starting the keto diet again. Im going to really try it this time. alright i have to go now, hope to talk 2 u soon! thanks so much *laura

What's a Keto diet? I'm trying to get big, but not in my stomach, so I'm looking for a good cutting diet for a month. Thanks!
