I have been following your progress for about a year and a half now, and you continue to amaze me, but i need to ask you, is there any possible way you could post a video of your training (primarily the time spent on the squat rack). there would be nothing better than to see you train, actually see it, and i know that there are others who feel the same, so im asking, for more people than just myself, if you could please post a training vid.

Amen to that, or some training pics :D :)

Say Derek, did your little brother ever go to the gym with you?

I would love to do training pics, but I don't have a training partner. My old training partner quit on me last spring and my little brother never joined me (I doubt he would be able to lift at 6 AM anyways because that boy sleeps alot). I'd also have to get a digital video camera to do the video. If I can get a digital video camera, I'll see if I can get my old training partner to "lift" with me one week.

That's weird, probably more then half would die to workout with you while your little brother denies you. hehehhe, ironic! :D

Yea, I'm sure many people are waiting to see some recent lifting pics of you. There are not many out there in general of you. . (make sure you get some squatting pictures =p)

just out of curiousity, what was your training partners reason for quitting on you?

That's up Gib, you're gone!

Seriously though, he quit because it wasn't "important" to him anymore.
