I had a good year of Bodybuilding in 07. All my hard work has payed off. I was first place in heavyweight NPC , Rochester. First place HW Buffalo NPC, Took a 2nd in syracuse. Looks like next year I'll try a national show. Bodybuilding.com is great, its helped me with a lot of ? about diet and training.
