Looks to be a decent program. I have never done it, so I can't fully comment. So I guess you'll have to let us know :)

On a side note, I am doing this program while cutting because it is supposed to be a good program to follow while cutting. Obviously, I will not be receiving as good of gains if I was bulking.
I'll post back later with any comments on it.
