Post your best ones!
Mine:
1. Sunblock (I'm really bad at this one though)
2. At-home glycolic and TCA peels
3. Argeline cream from Makeupartistschoice.com. It's like Botox in a jar.

The more chemicals you use the worse your skin gets.
There's nothing wrong with aging gracefully and naturally. Women need to stop falling for all the cosmetic jargons that are being sold and advertised to us.

Ok, but don't be surprised when you end up looking like this or worse.

Well, I have no desire to surgically reconstruct my face to look like a cat, so I think I'm pretty safe in that regard.

Actually, she had a special brow/upper eyelid lift to achieve that, uh, unique look.
But a good example of Botox overdose is Nicole Kidman and her giant forehead.

It's like her face is totally incapable of other expressions now.
I'd rather err on the side of Demi Moore in terms of judiciously applied cosmetic treatments:

i use retin-a. no other anti aging creams or gimmicks
ive been using sunblock religiously since i was in my mid-teens. even when i drive i wear sunblock on my face/neck. i wear these driving gloves for my hands and i'd cover up my arms w/ a long sleeve shirt.

If only more women on a mass scale could really try to go more natural. Atleast a 1 year trial to see how it feels.
The close up of Demi shows some nice work though -30-

Have you watched "On the Lot" on Fox?
Take a look at the website -
http://www.thelot.com
Watch some of the clips with Carrie Fisher.
That is what can happen with Botox. I'm sure she didn't intend to end up looking like that.

1) for skin - original dove soap and pond's daycream
2) drink lots of H20
3) smile every chance you think of it - it's an instant mood lifter
4) sleep enough
5) eat well/healthy/take yer vitamins
6) adopt the motto: if you can't control it, don't worry about it.

The problem with this example is that Carrie isn't in her 20's. I feel it's worse when females before 40 years old are using Botox etc.
Good find for a current look at her though -30-

Oh, they work all right. I'm walking proof.
Really, the difference is to be informed about what product does what. Things like sunblock, Retin A, Botox, copper peptide serum and light peels are great for preventing more serious things down the road, and for removing damage you've already accumulated. They're inexpensive and relatively non-invasive.
Now, things like Retinol and most stuff on the Target shelf isn't going to have much of an effect other than temporary moisturizing. But "effective" doesn't necessarily have to translate into "expensive". I have a very simple, three- or four-product routine that costs about $15 a month and works wonders.

I will concede on one point, if it works for you, how can I say it doesn't? It's just a nicer thing when natural products and/or just eating right and exercising can get the job done.
Some people (due to MISC conditions) may require stronger, synthetic methods -30-

It is possible to look reasonably good well into old age with the right products and the major factor is your genetic makeup.
Some people no matter what you do are not going to age gracefully.
Also being filthy rich helps ie: Cher, Goldie Hawn, etc.
I use Obaji skin treatments including retin-a, sunblock, lots of water, tried botox for the first time a month ago, seems to work well.
Spending several hours in the gym lifting heavy weights is also a major age-defying treatment for me.
What kind of sunblock do you put on your face? What brand I mean and is it the same stuff you use for your whole body or only for face? My moisturizer I've been using for years only has 15 spf so I doubt thats doing a dang thing! Do you apply it before or after moisturizer?
My tips are
1. Water
2. healthy fats
3. exfoliating gentley
3. Don't live in a bar or be around a bunch of smoke all the time. I think even if your not drinking/smoking just being in that atmosphere can age you!
4. Avoid the sun too!
Does anyone put sunless tanner on their faces? I like to look tan but when I put that stuff on my body it dries out my skin so bad (I use sublime by loreal) I'm not thinking it would be good on the face.

This works wonders...
Why wait to have plastic surgery when your body goes to **** when you can prevent a lot of the premature aging.
I have noticed that so many people make unnecessary facial contortions while they speak and they don't even realize that they are doing it...like raising their eyebrows constantly, etc. Try to be aware of those things and avoid doing them. My husband is 25 and he has wrinkles on his forehead already from doing that.
Things like smoking, drinking heavily and getting baked in the sun also accelerates the process.

Aside from what else has been said, minimal makeup. Too much everyday clogs pores and if you don't clean/wash it all properly.. ehh yuck. I have pretty sensitive skin so I don't put a lot of stuff on it. Eating more healthy fats seems to do the trick to keep skin baby smooth.

Water
Rest
Exercise and healthy diet
Children-a happy child does wonders for the spirit, and that radiates throughout the body
Soap and warm water
Gentle moisturizers
The only surgical procedures I may have for purely cosmetic reasons would be a breast lift/slight augmentation. From the weight I gained at a young age and held on to, my breasts developed faster than they should have (d cups in 7th grade) and after losing weight I am left with alot of loose skin. This I did to myself, and would then be the only thing I would change about myself.
I don't believe in botox or othe beauty injections because to have lived a full life I will have wrinkles around my eyes and mouth from smiling so much and laughing. I've always felt that a real woman has wrinkles, it tells of her life and all the wisdom she's acquired through her years, and its just a natural thing. She is accepting of her years and is not afraid to show her life through them.
My 2 cents, lol.

Retin-A is definitely a "worse before it gets better" treatment but I've heard a lot of women get great results from it.
