Ok well since you guys all know about me already, see bspace or previous logs, no need to go into too much detail? yes I'm female, 21, likes boys and orange fluoro nail polish, occasionally like to go lift and I have cardio tendencies.. and I will be running a marathon in August (14km) and it is frkn freezing right now so I will try my best to get all my workouts in even though the weather is about 7 degrees !
Goal is to recomp as always, but it winter now, so I am not too worried about losing weight, I WANT TO GET STRONGER!!!! which I am hoping leviathan will help with. Also as you might also know, I have a love-hate relationship with stims and I am really hoping Reset AD will help me get the most out of them, and save myself from the crashing.. coz I love a thermo in winter!

Okay current training program since I have received it, is the ***Fusion workout*** (THANKS a bunch 5-6 for getting it mailed to me!!!!). There are a few more isolation exercises and volume has been jacked up a lot. YUM! Cardio will be done for 20mins after workouts, or if I am too dead, I will skip it and add an extra cardio session. It goes something like this:

Chest/bis + 20min cardio
Legs + 20min cardio
OFF + cardio
Back + 20min cardio
Shoulders/Tris + 20min cardio
OFF + cardio
OFF

My gym has a couple of **6pack** classes, I might go to one of them since my mate has been nagging me to, raving about how good it is..... half an hour of non-stop crunching.. ermm.. I'll give it a go..

Nutrition wise I am going with 4-5 meals a day.. if my meals are bigger I'll have 4 meals.. otherwise looks like this
Breakfast: Oats, whey, fruit (strawberries, banana etc)
PWO: Same as ^^
3, 4, 5 - carbs, fat, and protein, with veggies

PAL supps dosage: Leviathan dosage is half the recommendation.. I am not familiar with these ingredients and they seem to be quite potent, so I'll stick with a low dose for the time being and adjust if needed.

Pre-wo (AM): 1 cap Leviathan, 1 cap reset AD
Afternoon: 1 cap Leviathan, 1 cap reset AD

I've been using Leviathan and Reset AD for the past few days, and so far I am liking the effects. First time I tried it was before Cardio and I had a great session. During lifting my endurance has kept up and I actually look forward to lifting the weight.. as opposed to going "OMG this is too heavy" :p haha

Other things I've noticed is that I'm really thirsty, appetite is under control, I do not get a huge surge in energy, and no crashing, sleep is fine (sometimes a bit too much at night.. I am waking up at 9am in the mornings ... that is about 2+hours later than normal!!!!!!!) I am becoming a lazy ass for sure..
One peculiar thing also is that the first few times my eyes felt a bit funny, hard to describe, but a bit like I've been staring at something for too long.. not sure, but it has subsided now.

Anyway, I need to backtrack a couple of workouts, since my net access is somewhat impaired.. yes I live in a primitive society.. and the flooding/storms etc has wreaked some kind of havoc on my connection... so I will update when I can.

In the meantime, I took some photos from my paper log to save me from writing it out again, maybe I'll do that for the rest of this log for a change, looks more authentic anyhow ;) heheh

Plus plus, all weights are in KG now. Because I can't be bothered to change it, for you guys multiply by 2.2 for the weight ok! :)

One of my meals today.. kiddy looking watermelon xtend jelly with strawberries.. then sexed up with some cc, crushed walnuts and a sprinkling of cinnamon, chocamine and nutmeg. Not as cool as a **** buddy.. but as a study buddy, it suffices.

Agreed. That's a pretty cool way of doing Logs...no way I could try it, though, even if I had a camera...whoever clicked would definitely need a translator for every page view. :D

Drawing is great...You can make your boobs bigger and your waist smaller with the flick of a pen. If only working out produced such rapid results!

Just came back from step class. I think I'm going to collapse. I was so ravenous I ate some wholewheat pasta.. with tuna, some then some spelt bread..cottage cheese, banana, strawberries... hmm.. I think I will post my diet from now on to keep myself accountable. I haven't cheated for a while now.. the stuffed stomach feeling feels a little strange.. hehhe .. also only been eating 4 meals a day, which could be contributing to my hunger.. these were my times today..

8.30am Oats, whey

ok today is a rest day, running very low on sleep.. 3hours sleep + a big exam.. admissibility of evidence...policing powers.. some bizarre case law, a thickload of legislation... basically he admitted to a grievous bodily harm against a girl, they found the implement he used, and his dna.. but I made a pretty persuasive argument on why my "client" should have his admissions excluded..twisting everything in my favour...:p.. I know most days I really hate school, hate studying, but after almost 4 years, I'm glad I'm still here.. I think..I have learnt a lot... not just theory but critical thinking and synthesis of material.. for some reason though I cannot see myself being a corporate lawyer or even worse in tax.., it's just not something I want to spend the rest of my life doing, so I'm a little bit disheartened, maybe these 5 years of torture will go to waste.. maybe my 13 years of education just to get into this degree will go to waste.. or I could put my degree (when i get it) to use and live my whole life, a waste. Bleh. I don't want to think about it, but seeing it is end of session I'm getting somewhat introspective.... lalalla ok.. ok getting delusional.. I am relying on leviathan and reset ad to help me make it through the rest of the day at work. Only 2hours to go...............I want a job where I don't want to leave, not when I'm counting down the seconds til I can go home. Bah is that too much to ask?? I will figure out something, I just need to find out what I want.

/I am exhausted. So my rant will end here.

Good call on the rest day, I had to do the same myself. I am rioght there with you on the school thing. I have finally taken a quarter off, been going non stop for 3 years with a full time job and a family. I was really wearing thin. Keep up the great work in the gym and school, it all pays off in the end!

Just to give a quick review so far... Workout was great. I am feeling stronger. Only one rep PR today, but I have been able to get through the workout quite efficiently, especially the relatively high volume which I feel I am finally getting used to. I am focussed and on the job. Usually I struggle to get the 15kg dumbbells up, but today there was no such issue.

It has been about a week in now, and I believe my body is getting accustomed to the dosages I have been using. Energy throughout the day has been consistent and I have not felt the afternoon slump that I am generally accustomed to. Also, legs look like they are starting to slim down.. I'm not sure I want them to look like chopsticks again, but my butt looks damn good in jeans! Haha no complaints there. Back to regular eating again, today's meals were:


1): Hot cereal (oatmeal, wheat germ, wheat bran), wpi
PWO: Oatmeal, strawberries, wpi
3) Tofu, noodles, chicken, bowl of green veggies, efas
4) Cottage cheese, cashews
5) Jelly and bcaas



All in all, pretty happy with these products so far.

Friday 29th June - LEGS + cardio

.. Stiff legged deadlift ..

.. Leg press ..
12x120kg 8x160kg 8x160kg (increased reps!)..
8 plates look so pretty on my legpress :D

.. DB lunges .. (stationary, reverse, forward) - lots of sets
did these with a mate, and trying to get my form right..
dbs used were 10kg, 15kg, 12.5kgs, and 6kgs.. a truckload of reps

.. Cable standing hamstring curl ..
12x17.5kg 8x20kg

.. Lying hamstring curl ..
10x12.5kg 6x17.5kg 6x17.5kg..
pretty much had zero leg strength by this stage.. the tiny weights felt like a tonne.

.. Standing calves .. 2 setsx30
.. Seated calves .. 2 setsx25

.. PWO CARDIO .. 20min elliptical.. ramp up to level 14

.. workout time .. 2 hours.

I have noticed that stretching before bed helps a LOT, so if you do not stretch before bed you should give it a try.

Rx.. tell you a bad secret - I never stretch :eek: not until the point where I can barely move is when I do it.. though post-workout cardio helps somehwat probably tonight I'll use the foam roller and do some painful myofascial release stuff, eh I deserve it for being a lazy ass :p

Took an extra day off this week because I was busy with exams, so made up for it today

AM: 30min elliptical - intervals

PM: 45min random cardio
... 10min rower
(unbearable!!! I hate this machine so frkn much I do it first, makes me look forward to the rest of the workout!)
... 35min elliptical
(my fave machine was finally free! I swear I could probably stay on this forever...)
..... random intervals, worked up to lvl 16, then some steady state stuff lvl 10-12 I think.

I can only handle low-impact work at the moment, especially after yesterday, which is fine with me, low impact does not equal low intensity!!! :cool:

Weekly supp summary

Leviathan and reset AD - taken 1 each prior to workout ~45mins-1hr beforehand.. I find that the energy lasts for a while so it hasn't been necessary to take it immediately pre (e.g. 30mins or less).. PAL boys what do you think?

I also feel as though my endurance is increasing, albeit slowly, and I feel invigorated and a desire to go to the gym.. it has often been pretty hard with the cold weather and dragging myself there, but I haven't really felt that way, but somehow it gets me more motivated and ready to attack!

Got all the workouts I wanted to get in, in this week, and they were all pretty good. So Big fat tick for this week.. next week I start winter school.. I'm studying SPACE LAW!!!! Haha should be fun. It will get harder to fit in workouts.. 9am starts til 7pm.. which means I leave the house at 7.30am.. get home just in time for bed.. aiyckkkk!! But the good thing is that the gym has changed its opening times til 5.30am instead of 6. So I might be able to sneak in a quick workout if I can get out of bed early enough and drag myself there when it is about 4degrees :D

Also.. haven't really been keeping track of calories lately.. I find myself being way to anal about the little things.. e.g. when I am 100 calories overboard I'll feel like a failure, and if I'm under I'll go nuts as well.. but I'm getting over that and just thinking about portions.. anyway, for a change I logged things today.. this is what I ate:

1) Oatbran, wheat bran, yoghurt, wpi; efas
2) Chicken stir-fry - with olive oil, random mixed greens; efas
3) Cottage cheese, jam, cashews;efas
4) Kanga stir-fry - with tomato, cabbage, olive oil; efas

Totals 42f 147c 121p Fibre: 47
(not including about 8 scoops of bcaas during my two cardio sessions..)

Btw it hurt real bad yesterday, I only managed about 15mins. I'll do some more tonight, hopefully it won't be as bad!

Sapper.. heh there is about one machine that I like, after a while level 5 feels like nothing. But level 15 I can only last one minute before the machine stops moving! Interval cardio is alright, makes time go by really quick and there's always a mini-break around the bend to look forward to!

I think the one who finished first took 40mins.. so just slightly over double the time, not bad since I didn't train at all for it, I guess :D

But it is for a good cause!

Oh I missed the 14km, I thought you were running the full thing at first glance (the ~42km "marathon")

My ears are pretty much clipped for now ;)

Probably be a good idea to do at least one long run a week (weekend is nice to mimic race day), build up so that you can run at least 16-20km comfortably a few weeks before the race, then taper a bit and carb load starting a week prior. Other days just set pace goals or do distance runs and gradually increase speed/distance. No more than 10% is a general rule to up mileage per week so you don't kill the legs. Don't run to exhaustion or it will hurt your recovery (assuming same hormonal changes for girls as guys).

That would help, i'd try to get some good runs in though at least towards August. Although an hour and a half is pretty good you must know what you're doing. It is definitely hard to weight train and run both at high efforts, I burned out quickly when I tried this.

Edit: so I did end up doing cardio today. And yes I realise there is a LOT of work for me to do if I want to run this marathon!

Tready: 4 sets x 5min @10km, 2min walking pace in between, then walking for a bit.

No lifting for the next few days because of a crazy school schedule.

... Anyway, just wanted to say this evening I was so buzzed I did extra cardio, yes extra! so it was actually 1hour step class, + 45mins RPM (spinning). Felt like I could go forever, no kidding! Since I'm on 3 caps of leviathan now, the last one wasn't with reset AD, so it seemed to kick in quicker, I only took it ~15mins beforehand (oops I forgot..)

Anyway, cardio supps were like this:
1 cap leviathan
2 caps PEA
2 scoops bcaas (right now I'm mixing Excell strawberry with watermelon xtend - tastes damn good. Not too sweet. I've had heaps of the excell but the taste is pretty mild, and watermelon is pretty strong, the mix is purrfect in icy water.) To be honest, I only take bcaas because of all the research, as to its effects, I am not sure if it is placebo or if it actually works.. When I use PW or Octane though, I notice a greater effect. Anyway it is that having something sweet to sip on definitely makes my sessions more bearable and I'm banking on its anticatabolic effects. The PEA also gave me a nice euphoric feeling, and my endurance is getting better! Good sesh!

Raj, its a cable machine where you chuck your foot through the handle at the bottom and curl up, you can do it bent-legged for hams or straighter for your arse.

Saturday 7th July - OFF

So I have been feeling like complete sh*t since yesterday and today.. symptoms are pretty bad..

I think I overdid it when I did a long intense cardio session after leg day. My eyes are watery, I feel dizzy, my nose runs like a tap, my muscles are sore like none other, I've been taking nurofen, (painkiller) which helps for a little bit, my appetite is two meals a day as opposed to constantly ravenous and my face feels flushed, and I've been getting shivers even though my air conditioner is on max heat.

I think I will just take a few days off and up my carbs, fruit and antiox, any other suggestions?


Here's my workout summary for this week: :rolleyes: methinks I should cut down big time.. i'm so silly!

Sun - Back + 20min pwo cardio, PM cardio
Mon - OFF
Tue - Shoulders/Tris + 20min pwo cardio, PM: 2 hours cardio
Wed - Cardio
Thur - Legs + 20min pwo cardio
Fri - Cardio (1hour.. this was the last straw!)
Sat - collapse..

Stopped taking Leviathan and reset today, just so I could nap during the day. On a brighter note, I can definitely tell my thighs are looking slimmer and my stummy is flatter! Something to keep me happy! I'm pretty sure the leviathan has been giving me the stamina and endurance for such voluminous workouts and of such high quantity, probably so much so that it has allowed me to push past my limits!

I having just been absolutely killing it in the gym the last 2 weeks, doing my usual onslaught with the weights and uppingmy cardio to over an hour at a much higher level than I usually do and dropped my carbs yet again just trying to lose the last little bit of fat on me.

Now Im sick damnit! Spent today in bed, didnt go to work or train...going to rest for a day or two then see how I feel. I should have seen it coming since I just wasnt feeling 100% the last couple days.guess my bod just couldnt take it! at least I can finally see the last row abs below my belly-button popping out though lol.

Nice log you got going. Just thought I'd pop by and check it out and of course say hi. One other thing....Leviathan is my fav fat burner( it made me sweat like I was constantly being rained on). It kicks ass and gave me great workouts when I used it. Hope you enjoy it. Take care. I'll pop in from time to time and check it out and see how your doing and what results your getting.

oh man I feel really disgusted with myself right now.. had the craziest dream last night that I hooked up with a guy who has a gf.. both of whom I'm pretty good friends with.. and they've been together for yonkers.. dream was so vivid as well .. holy **** I have no idea why I'm dreaming about someone else's boy instead of my own, I must be going nutso.

Just made it through the LONGEST 3 days of my life that I have ever been through, with barely a spare second to breathe, let alone train.. been leaving the house bright and early in the AM, couped up all day in a lil classroom and get back home just in time for bed. My brain is completely fried now. Haven't been to the gym for a few days, no wonder I am grumpy. Early night tonight, lucky friday the 13th and I'll be back to my workout tomorrow morning to ungrumpify myself!

Diet has been very bland lately, I'm trying to cut out artificial sweeteners.. looks a bit like this

1) Oats, banana, chicken
2) Oats, banana, whey
3) Sweet potato, chicken, greens & veg
4) Same as 3

Cutting down volume of workouts a little bit, I don't really like that, but I don't want to end up having to take another week off from overtraining/getting sick again. My gym bought some pretty new dumbbells, and benches so I was using them all day.. they remind me of the formula one grand prix... they are seriously cool!

Eating some more carbs as well and it seems to help with mood and recovery. Leviathan is 2 caps pre-workout now, and one later in the day. Still going great. Despite my uppage in carbs, tummy is shrinking! Down 1.5cm since the beginning. But I am always thirsty!!

I love hot tea, especially when it is 3 degrees!!! It took me ages this morning to clean the ice off my windscreen, but I wear the same kind of clothes during summer.. no wonder I'm susceptible to sickness, heh.

Buck I might try that soon.. when I've finished my half a tub of xtend, and the other stash of excell.. and 3/4 tub of Purple Wraath :D haha the tubs just refuse to empty even when I use them everyday!

Wednesday 18th July - Legs, cardio

.. then I did some light squats, front squats and stiff legged deads
8 sets x8, working on form. I usually go below parallel but today they were all a2g. My abs felt like they had a pretty good workout.

... standing calf raises ...

... lying hamstrings ... almost "forgot" to do these
10,10,8 x 17.5kg


Cardio: 1 hour ... stepping, jumping, random fun ****.



Not the bestest of workouts, I actually ran out of steam halfway through and felt kinda dizzy, which is why I took it a bit easier towards the end.

On an unrelated note, saw an old lady hobble down the road with a walking stick in the freezing cold. I felt saddened, almost to the point of tears...sometimes I feel like I just take for granted my relatively comfortable lifestyle. I sit in my room with my heater on full blast, and I'm thinking that lady is probably freezing at home with her old clothes on and no one to take care of her.. I hate feeling bad about things like this, especially when I can't really do anything to help :o

Eh, I like the taste of bland chicken. But I eat a lot of strawberries, so that should suffice to satisfy my sweet tooth. Gonna start eating 6 meals a day again instead of 4 for a little while :/.. prep will suck, but I can do it in bulk so it shouldn't take a horrendously long time.

Sunday 22nd July - Back, cardio

Worked out with a mate so here's some of the stuff we did, about 3-4 sets of each, with little rest between sets.

BB rows 4x15
Db rows 3x12
Lat pulldowns 3x15
Straight arm pulldowns 3x15
Hyperextensions 3x15

Cardio: 20min elliptical @ level 10 (I rarely check because I don't think they're that accurate, but today I did and the hr monitor said I was at 170.. felt more like 120...)

Form was pretty good, felt great MM connection today. Also took 2 leviathan pre-workout.

Been pretty busy the past couple of days, but I've been working out and eating well

Monday - Shoulders and calves, and Cardio in the AM for 25mins at the beloved elliptical machine.

Tuesday - LEGS BABY!!!!! Did some squats, leg extensions, leg curls, leg press, stiff leggeds.. no cardio coz I was getting late for school.

Diet for the past few days, today I get some extra carbs coz I've been living on cauliflower and strawberries :o for 3 days now!

Anyway, pretty pretty happy with my progress so far, supps are still doing a good job, took 2 leviathan + 1 reset ad preworkout as usual, I was fired up to lift even in the freezingness morning that it was today!!! Woooooo!

..chicken breast in the corner $10/kg, that's a bit more than 2kg there to last me about 3 days I think if I eat it at every meal!

.. cauliflower.. just coz it was cheap, I can't afford broccoli right now since it is $7bux a kg and I eat a LOT.
.. strawberries, these are about $4 a punnett. One a day keeps me happy.

I've been eating 60 almonds a day, for the past 4 days ~10 with each meal. Tomorrow I will buy some walnuts and maybe cashews for an incredibly exciting change, and it looks like my avocado has ripened so I'll eat that as well. :) Since I have no carbs to look forward to, I will be optimistic about my eating of NUTS. Hah.

Thursday 26th July - Chest, cardio

.. pushups 10, 15, 10 (15 was on my knees :()
.. medicine ball crunches 3x20
.. fitball between leg raises 20, 13, 10, 10

... CARDIO.. I dunno yet, gonna go in a sec to the gym and figure it out there.
Umm what can I say about this workout.. felt like a weak newb all over again. My benching is only with 10kg dumbbells and they felt like 10 000. :o Weights are so embarrassing I don't even want to write them out.

I woke up STARVING at 4.30am. Drank some hot tea and fell back to bed, ate breakfast/pre-workout meal which was chicken, avocado and strawberries. These lack of carbs is good for my physique but not good for my mood! Then I went back for a nap.. and woke up about 2 hours later going hey shiiet I'm meant to be at the gym! So my stummy was growling during my first warm up set... GRRRRRRR.

Anyway, here's what's in store for the next few days in terms of food.. bought some chicken, kanga and tuna as well.. splurged on MUSHROOOMS coz they're the best veggie ever (well this week anyway) and 4 bunches of celery... peanuts, walnuts, almonds.. and some carrots to eat when i'm in class. Well celery and carrots are a little bit better than asparagus in the middle of a lecture... heh. Ok well time for cardio!

20-25min jog home. - (jog 1 1/2 blocks, walk 1/2 block)

4 sets of everything.. mostly got up to 15 reps, but some only 12.
Feeling pretty good.. the day is glorious.. however on my jog home,.... it seemed like every house was cooking up something.. I could smell banana bread, and someone was having a barbecue.. :mad:!!! .. well I had my body octane and purple wraath so HMFFFFF!

oh yeah.. I made mum some oatmeal in the morning. She loves eating out, but I convinced her to to replace one of her meals with oatmeal everyday.. she's agreed but only if I make it.. she's likes taking it with milk right now.. next time I'll try to spike it with a scoop of unflavoured wpi and hope she doesn't notice :) .. I'm slowly get her to transition.. she's also taking some L-hupA because she keeps forgetting things.. her short term memory or lack of is getting pretty evident. She forgets what I tell her all the time :(. Heh and, I've been trying to teach her some fun aerobics and she had fun shuffling and kickin...... gah, I love her to bits.

1/2 avocado
4 sticks celery

2 fish oils

Meal 3: 1.30pm
4oz chicken
10 almonds
3 sticks celery
1 sesa
2tsp psyllium husks

Meal 4: 3.30pm
4oz chicken
4 mushrooms
1/3 avocado
10 mixed nuts
1 sesa

Meal 5: 6pm (YAY FOR FAKE SUSHI!!!!!) I even added soysauce and wasabi!.. the roll ended up being a bit on the "thin" side though.
1 can tuna
1/3 avocado
2 sheets sushi seaweed
1/2 cup pumpkin soup

Totals 1545cal 68f 68c 185p 34fibre

I get oatmeal, bananas and sweet potato tomorrow. Can't wait :)

Actually it was homemade but didn't make it :/ We used an entire pumpkin (I have no idea how many pounds it was) and a huge pot.. good for a cold winter's night.

Oh yeah, but you guys have pumpkin pie! I have never tried them, only seen the pics, but they look yummy :(

Pumpkin pie is one of my favorite foods!!! I'm sure it beats the hell out of pumpkin soup!

Pumpkin soup vs pumpkin pie....Ive never had the soup but I would wager I'd like the pie better. I almost wish winter would come so I can get off the diet and pig out on some pie lol!!!!

HMFMF!! Yummy pumpkin soup would consist of lots of crunchy croutons, sour cream and more cream.. Well my family's version is pretty much pureed pumpkin in chicken broth. Tastes just as good to me coz I've forgotten how the other one tastes :/

ohhh look what I found :D

Crust:
2.5 cups of oats finely chopped(use food processor or blender)
2 egg whites
3/4 cup Splenda (or splenda, whatever you use to taste)
1/3 cup liquid I can't believe it's not butter spray.

Mix together well in a bowl and spread onto a greased pie pan.
Place in 425 oven for just 10 min.
remove.

Pie Filling:
1 can of Pumpkin Puree
1/3 cup splenda
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 egg white
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (nutmeg, ginger, clove) to taste
1 tbsp cinnamon.

Mix well and pour over pie crust Put back in 425 oven for 15 min and then reduce to 350 for about 25 min or until a knife comes out clean from the center......when cooled spread a thin layer of FF cool whip on top!!!

if you cut into 11 slices..they yield about...
82 calories
13 carbs
6 grams of protein
1 fat
3 fiber............ENJOY!!!

I just ate kanga for 3 meals today. I think I've had enough.
I've also gone through almost 2 of 4 bunches of celery. I think I've had enough.

2 more meals and one cardio session (and maybe a 30min 6pack express class :D) until my much deserved carb up!!!

Did a step class this morning which was a killer sweatfest.. but I am pretty fkn carb depleted right now. Oh, torture is so much fun!!

Nope, not like cheesecake. I love my cheesecake but its hard to beat a homemade pumpkin pie covered with whip cream. Wait till thanksgiving...I can ask my mom to make one just for you, wonder if it will clear Aussie customs lol!?!?

I have no idea how I managed to get through all that cardio.. was feeling pretty depleted, but the stims + spiking my xtend with octane seemed to do the trick on both occasions. Hopefully the carb up will help my legs recover because there was an awful lot of high impact bouncing around.

Not too shabby this time around ey? I have no idea how many of you actually read the meals, but the fact that I have to sit and type them all out every night gives me a bit of motivation to make sure I'm eating right during the day and so when I look back on my day I can sleep easy :/

I couldn't ask for much better.. it is less than 5mins walk away.. I can wake up at a quarter to 9 and get there on time, and even if I'm late they are cool. I don't do very much, hence my ability to post (aka right now).. I get to work as many or as few days as I want. I can even hang out there if I ever get kicked out from home.

But I stopped learning and felt it was definitely time to move on. I should be graduating by the end of next year... But the big bad corporate world is scary and I am not sure I am ready yet

Hey peeps!! I missed yesterday's diet post but there was a pretty big cheat in there since it was my brother's birthday dinner :/ We ate a lot and I did not feel very hungry this morning, so it was hard to get back into the diet.. well without further ado,

Here's the crux of yesterday's foods:

Tuesday 31st July

Workout - legs & bis

Food:

Meal 1:
5oz kanga
1 cup chinese cabbage
couple of strawberries
10 walnuts

Meal 2:
Same as 1

Meal 3:
6oz chicken breast

Meal 4:
1.5 scoop wpi

Meal 5 ==> Cheat, I have no idea how many calories.. but there were noodles, pork, fruit and other sickeningly sweet stuff.. got a bit of a tummy ache so I don't think I'll be doing that again anytime soon!

Totals:::: 100000000cals or thereabouts, I have no clue.

Wednesday 1st August

Today was an off day. My first meal was at 9am and I literally had to force it down.. here's how it went;

Meal 1: 9am
1/2 can tuna
10 walnuts

Meal 2: 11.30
1/2 can tuna
10 almonds

Meal 3: 1.30pm
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 can tuna
2oz chicken
1/2 avocado
1 stick celery
1 sesa

Meal 4: 6pm
1 cup cottage cheese
1 sc muscle milk
5 walnuts
2 sesa

Meal 5: 8pm
1 cup xtend bcaa green tea jelly

Totals 1595cal 78f 43c 183p (13fib :( )

Ate pretty haphazardly today, I can think up a thousand excuses, but meh, I am solely resposible for everything I do. Tomorrow I will be a little more prepared, as well as get in some veggies (they were severely lacking today, also due to my lack of appetite). And it is way too early for me to slip up already! I refuse :mad: Gotta plan more. 6 meals a day can be a little bit of a b*tch, especially if you slept in in the morning! :p

I think i ate 600g of that today :eek:

CC? no real reason, just trying to find some more sources of whole foods. I'm not even taking whey post-wo unless I am really stuck for time... and tuna for breakfast, eh.. :o maybe tomorrow haha

yeah im going hard on my diet as well not so much natty pb as i like :Psince may i have lost about 3 to 4 percent b./f thanks to the cardio and gained about 3 lbs last 3 weeks solid so im happy with that :D keep up ur training and send me some kangaroo meat im off to work BYEE

so I think my calves are not developed equally, I don't know if one is underdeveloped but for some reason to me they just don't look the same.. I can only notice it when I'm on my toes, but it is annoying!! :mad: What the hell do I do???? :confused: Maybe I've been walking with emphasis on one side all the time, or one leg is just super non-responsive to the same calve raises :(

heyyy boys, I'm doing good. Still trying to recover from sunday's leg workout. I took some time off leviathan, but started taking it again, and strength is still pretty ok! Deads are at 60kg now!! (aka 1 plate) which I'm pretty happy with. Yesterday I did cardio and an hour of stretching.. and now I'm about to do shoulders before school.. so i'm still here!

Oh yeah, the PALboys were kind enough to help top up my supplies, so yay:D
