Been Ketoing for about a month- not going too bad... but probably could be better?
START weight- 112lb
SO FAR weight 114 lb
( a month so far- strength def. going up!)
STATS- Female, 5'6'' - 114 lbs 17yrs old
Bench- 40lb
Free weights 12lb
weighted squats- 30lb
tricep push down+ bent over rows- 75lb
lat pull down- 65 lb
Heres how the weeks gone down...
Friday June 15th
- Depletion work out
- start carb up
2650 Cals 95g fat, 230g carbs 190 protein
Saturday
- carb day
- 3300 cals, 50g fat, 460g carbs 200g protein(15/55/30)
Sunday
- back to keto
- ( worked as waitress for 5 hours ..fathers day= CRAZY ; burnt one hell of a lot of cals! so i decided to let myself eat till i was full)
- 3300 cals, 230g fat, 30 g carbs, 200g protein(65/5/30)
Monday
- Chest and back work out + abs and 10 min cardio
2900 cals, 200g fat, 30 grams carbs, and 200g protien(65/5/30)
Tuesday
-Arms, triceps, biceps, abs, 1 hour cardio
- 1900 cals 140 g fat, 20 g carb, 130 gram protien(67/4/27)
Wednesday
- i hour cardio( and house cleaning alllll day :( )
1600 cals 115g fat, 15 g carbs, 140 g protien (63/5/34)
Thursday (today)
- LEGS day! and 25 min cardio
1500 cals 100 g fat, 15 g carbs, 130 g protien(60/5/35)
Friday
- will be depletion work outin the afternoon ( after a high school final exam EEEKKK!) (carbs for the night)
-aiming for 2700 cals maybe more
Saturday
- OFF+ CARB DAYYY ( other than yard work)
-probably 4000 + cals ( make up for the low cal days of this week)
Sunday
- cardio 1 hour + work - 2200 cals ( back on keto)
