Hey girls...well as you all probably know, I've been cutting, but recently have taken a bit of a break from very stringent dieting, to give my body a break and make my next cut more productive.
So, here I go again....hoping to get to 10%. I won't spaz out about BF as much this time, and go more by the mirror.

So here is tomorrow (Thursday, 9/2/04):

1) 1/2 c. oats, 1 scoop ON

2) 1/2 c. oats, 4 oz. chicken

3) 1/2 c. CC, 1 scoop GF

4) 1 scoop GF, glutamine

5) 4 oz. chicken, protein shake mixed with 1 scoop muscle milk

Approx. 1200 calories, 50 carbs, 170 g. protein

Endurance workout A, then some cardio later on, maybe run or something gymmy if my legs are tight.

Your goal before was 13%, why do you want to get so low as 10% if you don't plan to compete?? It's not healthy to stay at such a low BF for such a long period of time. You can lose, if you haven't already, menstration.
Just wondering

Cheat meal today!
-2 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 piece of cinnamon raisin bread, 1 cup of spanish rice, 1/4 c. of corn, mixed together. Man it was good.

I decided to do only 1 cheat meal a week due to the guilt factor. Will be posting diet in here from now on for feedback.
