Take it as a compliment. Youthful faces for the most part are seen as [more] attractive anyway.

I just turned 30 and I have been told that I look young all of my life. Now, I enjoy it when someone tells me I look young. If she said it as an insult then she likes old crusty dudes. That is not the kind of girl you want to be with anyhow.
