Just wanted to introduce myself and ask for advice.
My name is Lori, I'm 26 years old. I have worked out most of my life, but the past 2 years I've wanted to push my body(bulid more muscle to add definition to my small frame.
I have tried two gyms. Both of which started me on different programs. The first started me out so fast I tore a Quad muscle w/ the trainer standing right beside me- pushing me. The second gym started me on a better workout program but the diet they put me on wasn't enough food for me, I literally got such low blood sugar I passed out.
So, anyway let's just say I've been discourged.
I have learned alot for myself and studied a great deal, but I'm still a little lost as to how to get myself started.
I'm 5'2'', weight is 106(I want to add definition), I have a petite frame, and I eat constantly( I'm hypoglycemic).
I want this so badly I can't hardly stand it, but the more I try to work out it seems as though I lose weight, and I don't want to do that, but at the same time I don't want to stop my aerobic activity for healths sake.
Sorry, the post is lengthy but, I am truly in need of any help.
THANKS,
LORI
