I took pictures about every 2 weeks for my contest prep this year. My diet started on April 10, 2007 (so first picture to far left) and ended on June 9, 2007 (pic on far right). The diet took 60 days.
Oh yeah, I started at 203lbs and ended at 191lbs.

Yeah, the lighting was really good that day. Pictures usually don't do an athlete justice.

Looking fantastic, inspirational actually. I agree totally with the regards to lighting and pictures.
Your conditioning looks amazing. I started at 195lbs and I'm now at 182lbs but my hams aren't as defined as your yet. I hope to achieve that level of conditioning someday. I'm impressed that you can get so ripped by losing only 12lbs. Great job.
Good luck at the show!

Congrats! You should be proud. Enjoy your food... I've got 5 weeks left and I can't wait to bulk again.
By the way, did you have to do much cardio during your prep?

No, I only did cardio 2 times per week and did none the last two weeks. I did Max-OT type cardio, which is short and intense, but I hated it because it was such a pain in the @$$!

Excellent transition and great job on your placing. It is inspiring to see other natural bodybuilders so dedicated to the sport, placing well, and having fun throughout the whole ride.

Wow its like looking at an evolutionary chart of a bodybuilder lol! I like that it also shows the little known fact that once your bodyfat reaches a certain level, your skin tone dramaticaly changes ;)
Looking great bro, keep up the good work.

Thank you very much for the kind words. It's hard to believe I've been doing this for so long, but it's really just become part of who I am.

Venom,
Thanks man! It really blows people away when they see me in the gym and ask how I am getting BIGGER, but in reality I just APPEAR bigger and am actually smaller. Even my two children make similar comments.
