Ok so does anyone have this problem. You start to eat a good balanced healthy diet...you stay on it for like ummmm 12wks, lose some weight, hit a plateau, get miserable and discouraged and slowly but surely start to let go of your great diet and start to gain back weight. It is almost like your body wants to get back to where it was before...is it my imagination 'cause this always happens to me and I have no idea what to do. I'm 5'4" and it seems my body always wants to creep up to 145lbs of which I don't feel comfortable at. I just need to lose like 10lbs, why does my mind f**k with me when I lose like 8 or 9lbs....any answers appreciated!!

Its a rule. You lose weight so it means you have to eat more chocolate. Didnt you know that? j/k. Man if I had to diet for more than 4 weeks I would lose my mind. Then again what do you mean by diet? Im one of those people who naturally dislikes chips and fries, so everyday is kind of a diet, but when I go on a diet, it is like a serious diet...NO CHOCOLATE!!! LOL.

uhh...
it's called will power. bodybuilding, fitness, dieting, anything in that area takes will power, not only that, it's a life style, NOT somthing you do for a few weeks and expect to not have to watch your diet at all anymore, i dont even see why people wanna eat junk food, i mean yea, sometimes i wanna eat some chips or somthing but i dont if i'm cutting up. if you wanna lose weight, here's the deal:
educate yourself! start learning the basics of dieting, nutrition and training.
