ZMA - which one to get?

I am going to be coming off my andro cycle soon, and I was wondering which ZMA products you recommend to get me boosted back up..

Any other special instructions when taking it? besides empty stomach, before i got to bed, and not with any calcium or potassium?

I use, and have had good results with, ZMA Fuel by TwinLab. Big Cat has recommended this product many times.

I would recommed either Twinlab's ZMA or the Biotest brand.

They are almost all the same. SNAC systems has the patent, so If it is ZMA, then it is that one. Just look for the cheapest one with the most pills.
