eh i got nothin good. back in hs, at my peak, i was 5'9" 195lbs at around 10%. i had it all. sex lines, ripped everything, i looked damn good, and the girls didn't mind at all. football season ended and i stopped working out. in a matter of two months i dropped all the way down to 170 (mind you i wasnt juicing, so this weight drop really freaked me out) and then a year after i weighed 195, i'd gone all the way up to a very soft 215 probably somewhere close to 25-30%. here i am about a year after that 215, what i call my ironic low point, and i'm about 20-25 lbs lighter (back to my happy 195) and i'd say somewhere around 15%. nothing worth looking at. maybe in about 6 months or so...
