The calorie figures probably arent right, but it gives me a base

Word of advice for anyone first time with 3x3: You may or may not lose strength with your squat or bench(expected since it is new). It tok 1 year to put in cardio and futball without negative pact. Becareful with this,avoid overtraining..
Good work with weights. If you want, can add boardwork to bench..

Thanks for the advice, I just got my squat form down good, so i dont think i will go down in that

Ever though about adding a platform off the ground for deadlifts to add intisity to grip :)

never thought about it, its possible though. Im gonna be lifting at school in a few weeks, so ill see what i can come up with
