About ME

History/Background:

I have been lifting semi-seriously for about 3 months now. What I mean by "semi-seriously" is that I follow a routine, have consistent workouts, and eat semi-healthily.

Already mentioned, but I am 5'8", 146 pounds, 8-10% BF.

My routine
8 Weeks
Rippetoes (With adjustments)

Monday/Friday
1x Pull Ups
1x Dips
3x5 Floor Cleans
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench
3x8 Curls
Plyos

Wednesday
1x Pull Ups
1x Dips
3x5 Floor Cleans
3x5 Squat
3x5 Push Press
Plyos


Im also gonna be doing Plyos 2 times a week.

I will be weighing myself every week.

Current Supps:
Protein Powder
CEE
Multi Vitamin
Fish Oil

Example of my diet:
o Soon to come, because school is now over, so I do not know what my eating schedule will be like.

I drink about a gallon of water a day.

Intake a day: about 150g protein. Don't know any other stats.
