TRAINING IS ABOUT HARD AND SWEAT AND CRYING THE NEXT DAY!
THIS HOW IT WORKS

CHEST 60 KG - 15 REP BENCH PRESS
70KG - 12 REP
75 KG - 10 REP
80 KG - 8 REP
AND THATS BUILDING AND CUTING AND POWER AT THE SAME TIME.

THEN U DO ROPES AND DUMDBELLS THE SAME WAY AS BENCH PRESS 15 REPS 12 REPS 10 REPS 8 REPS.

Ropes the same way as bench never heard of it anyone else ever hear of that.

I dont honestly see how a rope can be done like a bench regardless anyone else hear of that

Yeah...I'm 99% sure this guy dropped one too many dumbells on his head.
