I only just started to get into Powerlifting and created a little routine for myself. I'm 15 years old and i went to the gym i deadlifted 310kg. bench pressed 100kg i think i could of benched a little more but i was too tired to go further, i squated 100 kg but the same as the bench press i was too tired. I will post a new routine to show you in a few weeks to see my progression.

Congratulations for getting into powerlifting, but I have a hard time believing your stats. I have heard of natural deadlifters, but not ones who deadlift 310 kgs (682 lbs), especially at 15 years old. And your bench and squat are the same? I find it hard to believe you could have such a phenomenal deadlift when you're only squatting 100 kgs. However, the 310 might've been a typo. Anyways, welcome to the forums. I hope you intend to start a journal so me and the other members can chart your progress.

Definately a liar/typo....the world record deadlift for a 15 year old might be 700lbs TOPS...but i doubt its even near there
