Im going into my freshman football season planning on being on the line and im the 3rd biggest kid on the team but the 2 other biggest kids are 220 and 240 i want to gain about 20 pounds so ill be about 210 should i just eat everything insight so i gain mass and just keep working out?

eat reasonably if youre getting too fat cut back

lately ive been eating alot but pretty clean stuff and i go to the YMCA and play basketball and lift and swim everyday so i stay around the same weight im just worried about the 50 pound gap between me and the other linemen

ya you dont want to eat everything insight, you want to eat healthy and gain healthy weight, which is muscle mass. you should also be lifting weights if you want to see muscle mass gain, you want to gain as little fat as possible.

in your case, make sure you get around 250 g of protein a day. and less then 100g of fat. but make sure the fat you do eat is healthy fats. and the rest should be carbs, but again as much healthy carbs as possible.

you should mainly be eating the following:

chicken
tuna
fish
oats (oatmeal)(sugarless)
pasta
fruits
veggies
fish
olive oil
flaz oil
turkey
water
milk
brown rice
wheat bread
