Thanks to PU for the opportunity to test out this product it will be replacing my multi, and glucosamine product, primarily I'll be using this log to keep track of joint issues as I have chronic joint pain in the shoulders and knees. Of late the joints have been minimally painful on most days, although they do act up now and then. I'm currently cutting and participating in the Wildcard transformation contest, progress pics are on my bodyspace.
There have been no changes to supplementation in the last 3 weeks so any effects from the OT should be discernable, although given the nature of this product I dont' expect anything ground shattering.
Today is day 1, will be hitting the gym later for a kickboxing session.

Had a good cardio session yesterday, woke up with a fairly stiff left shoulder, and its had its usual dull ache most of the day, minor soreness in right shoulder around AC joint, knees feel good no pain there today.
Will probably do some stretching, and Egoscue exercises later today, sometime before the Spurs-Cavs game.

Decent workout this morning, very good day at work looked up at the clock and was surprised it was time to go home. I'll probably be changing my workouts starting next week, not a major change but a minor tweak haven't decided exactly what the change will be though. Got a new watch with a stopwatch on it so my run will have a time from now on.
Only got about 4 hours of sleep, hoping to get a bit more today so we'll see how that goes. Shoulders feel a little better today, no change on the knees.

Knees feel good today, minor pain with palpation around tibial tubercle on the right leg not unexpected since I ran yesterday. Left shoulder is feeling a little better, right shoulder is very good today.
Good day at work for the most part, did really well on my mid clinical eval. except for one thing which being the type of person I am is really annoying the hell out of me at the moment. Overall I'm pleased with how I'm doing but I need to do better so there are no issues whatsoever at the final eval.

Knees feeling good again, shoulder is feeling slightly better pain was only intermittent today instead of the constant dull pain I usually feel. Jumped on the UBE at the clinic and my shoulder has felt surprisingly good since. Good workout this morning, I've decided I'm probably done with squats as sometimes I lose sensation in my left arm while doing them, switched to Vsquats today, they felt good on the legs and my arm didn't lose sensation.

Just a quick dirty update as I'm short on time today. knees feel pretty good just the minor pain I usually get the day after running. Right shoulder has been pain free, left has been intermittent but minimally painful. I've however done something to my right SI joint its a bit tender, I'm also removing deadlifts from my routine for a while, but will continue with rack pulls.

Knees feel good this morning, right shoulder still pain free, left is again intermittent sudden movements sometimes cause pain but for the most part its good, right SI joint is still tender. I've decided to make a major change to my workout plan, I've been doing planned full body workouts for quite some time now and even though I can't complain about the results I am a little bored of it. So for the next 2 weeks I'll be going into the gym for split training with just a plan of what to work that day. I'll just go with whatever I feel like doing that day, I'll re-asses whether to keep the split or go back to planned workouts depending on how these next 2 weeks go. I'll probably go do some cardio today just haven't decided what yet.

Joints feel pretty good this morning, SI joint is feeling better, left shoulder still has that intermittent pain going. Went to do some cardio yesterday to find the heavy bag was not available and may not be available again for some time. So I hit the elliptical for 20 mins., then did shadow boxing holding 5lb DB's for 20 mins. the burning sensation in my delts after this was hell, and then after a little break went to the court and did a short shoot around. Will probably do some stretching and egoscue stuff today.
So far I can say OT has performed as well as the multi + joint supps I have been using prior to the OT, one other note is that I have been going to the restroom a little more frequently than before. I have not noted any changes in appetite, and energy levels have been about the same, although my sleep pattern has sucked the last couple weeks. Now that the NBA playoffs are over I should be getting some better sleep :p.

Well so much for getting better sleep, I doubt I got more than 3 hours, I woke up in a cold sweat and couldn't stay asleep for any length of time. Hopefully today will go a bit better. Don't know how either but now that the joints are feeling decent I went and hurt my right wrist somehow, it's been hurting like hell since last night and has gotten worst as the day goes on. Put on the old wrist supports and hit the weights anyways didn't go as well as it could have but not so bad all things considered, rest between sets were only as long as it took me to switch weights, on a better note I broke 7 min. for the first time in a good while on the run.

Knees and shoulders are feeling good today, they have been pretty much pain free all day, right wrist is still painful and has developed a noticeable bruise so apparently I took a hit to it at some point and just didn't notice. It's affecting my ability to grip and I can't wear a lifting strap on that side due to it making the pain worse, I was also unable to do wrist extensions. Tried rack pulls today and felt some tenderness on the right SIJ so I decided not to mess with it.
Despite the wrist problem workout went well, again breaks were only as long as it took me to note down what I did and switch weights.

Good couple days shoulders and knees are feeling good, SIJ is still easily aggravated, wrist is feeling better. Workouts have gone well, reduced break time to just as long as it takes to switch weights, pumps have been intense, had to rub down my legs after some of the exercises today. Time on the run was over 7 min. again :mad:. Same thing happened last week from Mon. to Wed.

Been a good couple days, enjoying my work at the clinic and its hitting home how I'm down to a week of clinicals, it's been a great learning experience, and honestly I'm going to miss going to work. So it's back to school time for me soon, this next week will probably only have 3 updates as I have alot of paperwork to finish up for the clinical and I've got some clients who are taking up a bit of my free time, definitely a good thing :D as I need the cash. Left shoulder pain is once again a constant dull ache, I'm starting to believe the old timers around here who say joints always hurt with weather changes :p, other than that things feel pretty good. Just a short update today since it's been a couple days without one, knees and shoulders have been good the last few days pain free for the most part, other than a few occasions when taking my shoulder to end rom. SIJ continues to be tender so some exercises are out for a while until it quits bothering me. Workouts have been good. Tomorrow is my last day at clinicals, so updates should be more regular after that.

Well all done at clinicals, things went really well there, now I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my 2nd summer session class makes if not I'll be carrying a 20 hour load in the fall. Shoulders and Knees are feeling good today, haven't messed with the SI joint too much and its been feeling better. Skipped the run due to needing to run some errands before going to the clinic.

Woke up with some minor low back pain, and a little tenderness on the right tibia, other than that things feel good. Today is normally an off day but since the gym will be closed for the 4th decided to go in and get in a workout. Lifting went by quick, afterwards got on the tread for a nice slow walk, will be using that instead of the elliptical for a while, and will be increasing the incline on it gradually.

Feeling good today back pain is gone, right tibia still a little tender to the touch other than that things are feeling good. Turned in all my paperwork for my clinical, one down two to go. Things went great and I'm looking forward to the next one coming up in January, for now it's back to the classroom.
Workout went very well today, they put up a new chain for the heavy bag at the gym so that will be going back into my workouts soon, I'm looking at only doing it on Saturday's for the time being.
So far the Triad is working about as expected, its keeping the joint pain down and I'm able to complete everything as planned, in addition its seemed to make me a tad more regular, I'd not really noted but I haven't had any gas issues since starting to use it. Once my current supply of glucosamine and multi's runs out, this will become a staple supp., I'm a broke student can't afford to throw stuff out :p.

Joints are feeling good, they put up a heavy bag outside of the cardio room so treadmill is out heavy bag is back in :D, now that I have unrestricted access I'll be doing it 3 times a week joints permitting. Didn't have my gloves today so I couldn't go all out on it with my hands but I did with the feet and wound up slightly bruising the top of my foot :p.

It's a conspiracy I tell ya :p.
Things started out not so well I was almost at the gym when I realized I forgot my PW, so I went back to my house to get it :mad:. Good thing my gym is less than 10 mins from my house at least :p. Once I got there though things went smooth finished the workout in less than 45 min. run included. Joints continue to feel good, legs are a bit sore despite that runs have gone well I've stayed under the 7min. mark the last few runs.

Once again joints are feeling pretty good, SI joint started to bother me a bit during the shoulder presses other than that no problems. Workout got done in just under an hour.
I have started to note some loss in strength, it would seem my extended cutting is catching up with me, I had originally planned on dropping calories further since the wildcard contest is finishing up, but have decided instead to just maintain at my current calorie level and just go with it and see where I wind up.

Well day started out well, joints feeling good, workout went well up until the cardio, had my gloves today so I went all out at the bag and died in 20 mins. :p. I was literally having problems keeping my hands up towards the end, and I was drenched. It had been a few weeks since I'd gone all out but damn talk about losing conditioning for it fast. More bad news on a different front my SSII class didn't make so I may wind up with a 20 hour load in fall :mad:.

Woke up feeling quite good, joints started out pain free, but both the shoulder and knee acted up a bit during the workout, shoulder still has a dull ache, knee pain has gone away since though. Will probably be making some minor changes to the workouts next week, deads and rack pulls are definitely going back into the program, back and front squats and a few other exercises may also be coming back, Flat bench press and a few others will probably be out, I'll be mulling that over this weekend. Run wasn't quite as good this morning but still under 7 min.

Woke up good today a little bit of an ache in the left shoulder other than that all was good. Upon further review deads are still out, tried them this morning and they don't feel right, rack pulls though are in, those felt fine so they got done today. BB Bench is out probably for good, will be replaced by incline flies. Workout went by quickly, followed by cardio with the heavy bag. On another note ordered myself a dipping belt which should be here the middle of next week.

Depends on how many people are at the gym mostly, when its empty I'm usually done in 45 min. - 1 hr., if its packed its taken as long as 2hrs. Since I've started going in the morning haven't taken more than an 1hr 15min.

Woke up feeling good today, some minor irritation on the right SI, shoulders and knees feel good though. Lifting went smoothly, the run started a little slow due to some hamstring tightness/soreness, was off pace halfway through so I had to push myself harder than normal on the second half to keep the time down. Almost lost my breakfast afterwards :p.

Woke up with a little stiffness in the left shoulder, other joints feel good. After a short warmup the shoulder was ready to go, and didn't give me any problems during the workout. Cardio afterwards went very well, slowly getting my conditioning for the kickboxing back.

Think I screwed up the day count somewhere along the way, oh well :p. Tomorrow marks the end of my Orange Triad bottle, thanks to PU and Controlled Labs for selecting me as a tester for this product.
Yesterday's workout went very well, joints continue to be minimally painful.
Value: 9/10 - ~$30 for a 45 day supply of multi + joint + digestive support is excellent, the only thing I could think of that would make this better would be the use of glucosamine hcl instead of glucosamine sulfate.
Effectiveness 10/10 - I'm going with this rating for joint and digestion aid, joint pain was generally a 1/10 with a few days here and there where the pain would flare up. I discontinued the use of Cissus 2 weeks ago and have not noted any increased pain since. I've noted being more regular, and having no gas issues since about a week into using the OT. Think I screwed up the day count somewhere along the way, oh well :p. Tomorrow marks the end of my Orange Triad bottle, thanks to PU and Controlled Labs for selecting me as a tester for this product.
Yesterday's workout went very well, joints continue to be minimally painful.
Value: 9/10 - ~$30 for a 45 day supply of multi + joint + digestive support is excellent, the only thing I could think of that would make this better would be the use of glucosamine hcl instead of glucosamine sulfate.
Effectiveness 10/10 - I'm going with this rating for joint and digestion aid, joint pain was generally a 1/10 with a few days here and there where the pain would flare up. I discontinued the use of Cissus 2 weeks ago and have not noted any increased pain since. I've noted being more regular, and having no gas issues since about a week into using the OT. No rating for the multi because well its a multi.
Awesome... in hindsight, did you notice any increase in libido ?

Nope can't say that I did.
Guess a few weeks later update would be pretty good too, so far my joints, other than my shoulder, have remained good. The shoulder has had more bothersome days of late than when I was using OT, nothing major which would prevent me from doing things, but something of an annoyance since I have to warm it up longer prior to exercising.
