I will be logging this product for 6 weeks as reccomended. Dosing will be the following:
Week 1:
1 TTab upon rising... then 8 hrs later, 1 TTab

Weeks 2-6:
1 TTab upon rising... then 5 hrs later, 1 TTab... then 5 hrs later, 1 TTab

Current Stats:
Age: 30
Sex: M
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 186
BodyFat:14%

Current Diet:
4 egg whites + 1 whole Egg
5 oz. Lean meat
1/2 cup oatmeal or 2 whole Grain Waffles

Protein Drink- Beverly UMP or Ultra Size or Whey, oats, and Milk

8 oz lean meat
1/2 c Brown Rice or Sweet potatoe
1 cup vegetables

Protein Drink- Same as above

8 oz lean meat
2 c Vegetables
Fish or Flax oil

8 oz chicken or Fish
1 Cup Veggies w flax or Olive oil

Aside from the occcasional night out or barbecue I dont allow myself too many cheat days, 1-2 meals a week at most.

Log Officially Started June 5th.
Dosing
1 TTab upon rising... then 8 hrs later, 1 TTab

Today's Workout:

Chest + Back:
Chest Press: 185 X 8 185 X 8
Wide Grip Pull: BW X 12 BW X 9
Incline DB Press: 60 X 10 70 X 8
DB one arm row: 80 X 10 80 X 10
Wide Push ups w/bars: 22 21
Chin Up: BW X 8 BW X 6


Followed by 23 minutes (including cool Down) on the Elliptical at %70 max HR.





Appetite
Nothing noticeable on the 1st day.


Mood
Mood was normal. nothing out of the ordinary.

Body Heat
Had a really good sweat going during cardio. I don't sweat profusely while doing cardio. I was getting a good sweat going towards the end and I will monitor any significant increases in the future.

Fat Loss
Nope, starting to wonder if this stuff works :D

Today's Workout:

Legs: 2 sets each
DB lunge
Leg Press
Db Squat
Calf Raise



Followed by 20 minutes on the Elliptical at %70 max HR.





Appetite
I am not noticeing anything unusaul about my appetite.


Mood
Mood was normal. nothing out of the ordinary.

Body Heat
I do notice that my body temp is increased more than normal while doing moderate activity around the house in which the temp is constant from day to day

Fat Loss
I will update bi-weekly on this

Shoulders + Arms: 2 sets each to failure
Db alternating Db Curl
Db shoulder press
Lying Tricep extension

Db Preacher Curl
DB lateral Raises
Tricep Kickbacks



Appetite
Appetite so far remains normal.


Mood
Work sucked this week but nothing out of the ordinary :D.

Body Heat
Again, noticeable increase while doing moderate activities around the house. Also notice more than usual during cardio but nothing uncomfortable

Today's Workout:
2 sets each. I have been going by feel during the last week when lifting. Im still maintaing the same weights with some slight increases here and there. Any noticeable decreases in strength and/or energy will be hilighted.

Chest and back:
Chest Press:
Wide Grip Pull:
Incline DB Press:
DB one arm row:
Wide Push ups w/bars:
Chin Up:


Followed by 20 minutes on the Elliptical at %70 max HR.

Appetite staying the same


Mood
Mood was normal. nothing out of the ordinary.

Body Heat
I can tell within an hour of taking the TTab that it is kicking in, sometimes sooner. I'm not pouring sweat while doing day to day chores like I am when doing cardio. I enjoy the extra "leakage" during cardio as i do not usually sweat a ton

I ate more than usual today but contribute it to lack of willpower rather than the TTabs, I will keep you posted.


Mood
Mood is staying the same.

Body Heat
I feel that my body temp is staying consistently elevated, almost all the way through to the next dosage

Fat Loss
I will try and snap a pic or two and see what the calipers say in the next few days.

Appetite
I am not seeing any big difference in appetite really. It varies from day to day but honestly it has to do with resisting what is front of me rather than hunger pangs.


Body Heat
Pretty much the same story here. I feel increased body temp about 30mins- 1hour after taking the TTabs and it feels higher than normal during cardio.

Fat Loss
my weight has only changed a couple of pounds but Im still lifting heavy and taking creatine. In mirror I notice a difference in the waistline.

I will be doing total body workouts the last two weeks of this look. One, for a change of pace and two, to add to the fat burn. These workouts will be approximately 1 hour in length.


Followed by 20 minutes (including warm up) of Cardio. 10 min on Elliptical- 10 on Treadmill- about %70 Max HR


Appetite
Appetite is staying the same, I have not experienced an icreased appetite thus far ( safe to say that I do not forsee any changes in that in the last two weeks either but will keep you posted0
