Hi guys, i am new to the forums but not to bodybuilding and taking supplements, i have been on and off on and off for the past two years. Finally decided to get my act together and finally dedicate myself to it.

I am 20 yrs old, 5ft10" and weigh about 155lbs now with very little body fat and was looking to get bigger without adding too much body fat, probably up to about 175lbs for now. I have quite a bit of muscle definition and look OK for my size but it is really quite hard for me to gain any real size, i think roughly somewhere around 2500-3000 cals a day would "bulk" me up slightly???. I dont expect anything to happen magically and am willing to put in the hard work required. The problem is whenever i shop for supplements i have a compulsive nature and always end up getting carried away with buying everything i lay my eyes on lol....seriously. This where i need the help guys, could you's tell me from looking at the possible supps i am looking to buy what i dont really need and what better alternatives there could be to some of them? dont take cost into consideration as it isnt really that much of a problem....just slightly lol. I am in a dilemma what to buy next and who better to help me out than the people with the knowledge ;)

-Universal Uni-Liver Tabs
-BSN NO-Xplode
-BSN Cellmass
-BSN Nitrix (just to get the veins popping out lol)
-Optimum 100% Whey Protein
-Labrada Pro V60 (used as a meal replacement)
-Optimum ZMA
-Optimum Flaxseed Gels
-AST Multi 32X
-Nutrex Lipo 6 (for when cutting time arrives)
-Chromium Picolinate
-Gaspari SizeOn
-Molecular Nutrition X-Factor
-ThermoLife E-Bol
-**** Jungle Warefare (determined to try this after the feedback heard here)
-**** BAM
-**** Restore
-Finally Cytosport Cytogainer

Lol.....I know this is a lot and had no intentions of taking them all at the same time but what would you cut out or replace in this stack for maximum gains. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Sean

oh hi, since no one else is helping i thought i would drop in and see what i could do.

Your stack is nice, however i must admit most of it is overhyped bull**** ;) imho

If i were you i would look into these products and see how they fit you:

Ragnarok (replaces no xplode/cellmass/sizon)
Gylcergrow (different than nitrix which if you searched is not even that good anyways. I liked glycergrow as well.)
Optimum Whey is fine
ZMA - if you would like, but not completely necessary for a stack but still a very good supp
Flaxseed - good
Adams - replaces AST, i would do that because of the Iron content
X factor- seems as though a good sup, always been wanting to try it out
Supplement Direct Micronized Creatine- for use on off days

And I am not honestly knowledgeable in the areas of JW and such, other than the good reviews, thats it.

That more than you would really need to start of with a good/balanced stack. It goes through all the basics, and then some. Good luck with it all bro, and make sure to eat alot. Also, in your position i would be eating more ;). Make sure to clean bulk!
