nope, i appreciate the compliment, but i'm not huge, man. i can do dumbbell presses with the 80s and thats the heaviest they got. i'm trying to up my chest development more and i dont do chest with barbells. i feel i dont get the stretch and contraction. oh yea, planet fitness sure is CHEAP!!! i still cant afford their exorbitant rates. is n e one interested in a one-day free trial at california fitness or planet fitness for a chest pounding session? i can sure use a spotter.

08-06-2002, 02:45 AM
you don't need ephedra
go with tonnes of ALA and unisic acid (DNP if you can get it)
but so hard to find, they rip you off everywhere here

jimbo
08-06-2002, 05:26 PM
dont go for DNP.........get ephadrine based burners.......if ur not grossy over weightt.........if u look like moses LIM then u might consider DNP ...........

if ur just a little plump ..........just cycle ephadrine ....and get ur caffine levels up......

jimbo
08-06-2002, 05:31 PM
pple .......if ur looking for good stuff like Ephadrine and DNP ....

pls let me know........a very good source........asian source......

can get stuff straight to ur house ...........coz its within asia......reduces the chance of it getting caught by customs......

i order frm him when even i need stuff............very very good rateS!.........

haha dont worry this is not a con job or something.............just helpin the sport grow,....... ;)

hey from singapore too currently in national service. anyway, don't think that ephedra is banned here 'cos i recently bought some stuff from bb.com that actually contains ephedra and yeah, got to my home all well and fine.

banned
04-27-2003, 04:01 AM
ephedra is banned for OTC sale in SG, which explains why the hydroxycut and xeandrine in GNC is ephedra-free.

oh by the way, how long does it take to reach u from the time u order?

carmy
04-27-2003, 08:02 AM
Erm I was like really cheap so I actually chose the surface mail option which saved me quite a pretty penny but it took nearly two months for the shipment to arrive. Cheaper but fine if you're willing to wait.

carmy
06-14-2003, 08:35 PM
Have you tried places like Aibi at Parkway or Suntec? They seem to sell weights there although the prices can hit the roof sometimes, or actually all the time to be honest. Just go to the gym and use the weights there, it's the same and u have all the benches and everything u may not be able to get at home.

iamtheking
06-15-2003, 03:10 AM
yeah i'v been there lots of times and the prices are just too much. anyways i'm finding a power rack prefebly with a lat attatchment . added to the dumbells i have i can do virtually any excersise at home without a spotter.

Gaining weight is good 4 u cause its a sign that u didnt lose much muscle while in the army...

So uh, what did the army feed u guys??? I'll b in the army in 2006 so i wanna know if i hav 2 bring along cans of tuna and protein 2 the barracks... Dun wanna lose hard earned muscle... :)

Drink milk too!!! It does the body good

U r lifting heavier than me. I envy u for having the opportunity to start early. I believe u can go far. As for me, I started only at 18 years old n I feel that if I have not had this 5 year break, I wld have made alot of progress. Bodybuilding is a long term committment n dun forget to be consistent. I am giving myself two years to be massive.

It would be best if u can bring in ur own food but it is unlikely u wld be allowed to bring in any food when u go BMT.

Well, i don't want to take too much milk because i read about it's negative effects. It has that casein which is like glue and i don't want glue in my body. Also, i'm not really a meat eater..yeah i eat meat but just one portion per meal and that's it. And i'd like to maintain this kind of diet and it's possible coz i'm doing it right now.

How does casein glue to the body? I have only heard th good benefits of milk. Why dun u try eggs? They are the cheapest source of high quality protein in Singapore.

OK, I've been doing research on casein and all i've got 2 tell u is dat casein is extremely good 4 the body!!! All those rumors bout it being glue and all is major bull****!!!

Milk is made up of 20% whey and 80% casein... Whey protein is fast absorbing( can b absorbed n utilised by the body immedietely ) Casein is a slow protein ( absorbed over 8 hours at a sustained rate )...

Bottom line: The combination of amino acids in milk is superior 2 almost anything... After ur body has absorbed the whey in milk, it will slowly absorb da casein over the next 8 hours feeding your muscles all the time... Best taken before bed so it can absorb while sleeping and u wont need 2 wake up in the middle of the night 4 a protein shake...

Hi, thanks for the reply! :)
Well, i've been doin cardio by running 1/2 hr 2 times a week, guess thats not enough huh? anyway, do isolation exercises work as well? Ive seen a lot of contradicting reports, some saying that its best to stick to the basics, while others recommending to do isolation exercises after doing the compound exercises.

12-11-2004, 06:28 PM
Try doing cardio 3 times a week, must it must be really intense!Intensity is the key!For exercises,I think listen to your body.If your body really adapts well to an exercise, stick to it!:)
