Thanks to Controlled Labs - Tank & pu12en12g for providing me the opportunity to try their new all in one multivitamin, joint, digestion, and immune supplement. I was chosen because of my past history of joint problems. I've lifted as heavy as I could for the past 11yrs and because of it, I suffer from pretty bad joint pain, especially in my knees and shoulders. My right shoulder is my main set back and has caused me to drastically cut most of my back, chest and shoulder poundage. Everytime I rotate and stretch it, its like Rice Krispies - snap, krackle, pop. I'm hoping Orange Triad will help me get back to the point where I can at least do pain free dumbell presses, that would be nice :)

I'll be taking the recommended 3 tablets, twice per day

Orange TRIAD: Multivitamin, Joint, Digestion, and Immune Formula !

- Iron Free
- 45 servings
- All-in-one solution
- Optimize results from training

Designed for the serious athlete, ORANGE TRIAD delivers !

Serious athletes are unique in that they intentionally subject their bodies to incredible amounts of stress with training and cardio. Over time, the immune system can be compromised, and muscles, tendons, and ligaments take longer to recover which means you can't train them as often as you would like. A deficiency can mean that you aren't getting optimal results from your training.

Designed for the serious athlete, ORANGE TRIAD combines the most proven and effective vitamins, minerals, and nutrients for supporting optimal DIGESTION, IMMUNE system, and JOINT HEALTH into one "twice daily" dietary supplement. The JOINT and FLEX complexes help lubricate joints and cartilage as well as increase the resiliency of connective tissue, while the DIGESTION and IMMUNE complex includes natural anti-inflammatories, digestive aids, and nutrient partitioning agents to take your performance to the next level.

I received the package from Controlled Labs yesterday. Orange Triad looks like your run-of-the-mill multivitamin, except Ive never seen orange pills before :) I will be taking 3 with my first meal and 3 more with my last meal. I wanted to start immediately, so last night I took my first 3. I imagine its going to take a few days before I really notice anything positive joint related, but one thing I can report so far was the great sleep I had. I was out by 11pm, woke up once at 5am to relieve myself and was up and ready for 6am cardio.

Real quick update. Things are still in the begining stages, so I dont expect anything too out of the ordinary yet. About the only thing I can tell so far is that the quality of my sleep has improved. I havent gotten sick yet, so I guess the immune system part is working :) Tomorrow with be a nice little joint progress check - chest day always aggrivates the shoulders.

Saturday was chest day, over the past probably 6 months Ive really had to cut back on my lifts. Ive stopped doing incline dumbells and have basically switched to all machines. This day was no different, my shoulder just wouldn't cooperate. I did everything I could to warm it up, but nothing worked. I had to stop dips due to the pain :( Its still early, but things should get better.

BUT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!

Today was back day :) Probably the best back day Ive had in several months. No pain what so ever in any of my joints. Typically I would feel it during pulldowns, not today. Today was very, very good - not as much "popping and cracking" in the shoulder.

Lets do a brief rundown of the advertised benefits of Orange Triad:

Multivitamin: Kind of tough to judge if a multivitamin is working or not, so not sure on effectiveness.
Joint (the main reason I'm using it): Every workout since I've updated this log has been very good. My joints have felt great during leg, back, and arm day (never been too much of a problem). Ive definitely seen an improvement in my shoulder workout - especially during overhead presses and rear flies. Chest is still my most difficult day, but I did notice an improvement since last week, especially during decline presses and pec dec. Still lingering pain though.
Digestion: Haven't had any "intestinal" problems since I started, but I never really had any to begin with.
Immune System: Haven't seen any signs of sickness, so I guess that its doing its job.

Quick Update:
Im on my yearly summer vacation in Florida. I'll be taking the whole week off from lifting, but I'll continue to take my Orange Triad. Hopefully the combination of two will do wonders for my joints. So far Ive noticed a nice improvement, the only body part I'm still struggling with is my right shoulder. Every other aspect of Orange Triad seems to be working as well.

That was a need vacation - for both the mind and body :) Ive hit the gym twice since my week off, both times were great. I did back followed by arms, no problems to report. The real test will be both todays shoulder and Saturdays Chest workouts. I'm optimistic, the pain I use to have in my shoulders while sleeping has diminished and there's a lot less cracking/popping going on. Things have definitely improved.

I just finished up my 45 days of Orange Triad. Thanks again to Controlled Labs for allowing me to try the product free of charge.
Its tough to judge if a multivitamin is working or not. You're more likely to see changes if you're not taking one. A good multi should be a staple in everyone's life, just to make sure your body is running as well as it can.
The main reason why I was chosen to test OT was because of its added joint complex. Ive lifted heavy for 10+ yrs and my body's taken a beating, mainly in the shoulders. At the start, my shoulder was about 70% (pain/cracking/soreness) on day 45 is about 90%. Its gotten much better, but still not to a 100%, dips are still giving me some problems. Every other body part is close to pain free.
The digestion and immunity parts of OT seem to be doing their job, there has been zero problems in the stomach, intestinal and colon areas and I did not see any sign of sickness.
Its a unique product because it provides a wide range of essential supplements in one. Before, you would have to buy 3 or 4 separate bottles, now just one. 3 pills in the morning and 3 at night time isnt bad, much better than gulping down a couple packs of horse pills a day.
Since I just finished up my bottle, its time for me to order another :D
