Sorry I don't know how to post the actual picture up. I'm going to be running 6 caps per day of the Fyre(2-2-2) and 3 caps per day of the Guggulbolic(1-1-1) so that they each run out at the same time.
A little bit about bigdolf: I've been lifting seriously for 13yrs. I've been taking supps since I was 17, so its been a long road for me. I not the best responder to carbs so I really don't go higher than 200 on a carb up day, and on the average I stay between 50-100. Protein intake will vary, 375-400 on lower car days and 300-325 on higher days. fats will also vary from 50-75, with most of those coming from lean meats, chicken, salmon, and fish oil pills.

DAY 1 part one:
well I took my first serving of Fyre and Guggulbolic, at 7:30am and did cardio after. About 25min after I could feel my body getting warmer(and not from the cardio, I know the difference). I ate my first meal at 8:30(the bottle says eat 30 min before a meal). So far I like the warming feeling. I'm not going to be able to take my second serving until 11:30am, because I'm going to be sitting in meetings today, so I'll get to see if the appetite suppressant works.

Day 1 cont:
I took my second serving at 1130am and get get to eat again until 230. I must say the appetite suppression works well, I'm going to take my next dose before I workout. I did 35 min cardio on my recumbant bike this morning. I keep my heartrate between 120-130, I don't like going any higher than that. So far I like how I'm feeling.

DAY 1 workout:
I took my last serving of Fyre and Guggulbolic 2hrs before my workout. I had a nice leg day today, sweated like a pig, I'm going out on a limb and saying this is from the Fyre. It was the same temp yesterday as it was today and I didn't sweat like this, but I like it. I will keep track of this, now on to the workout.

thanks man. I got to rep it out my gym only has one of those old school legpresses. It only holds 1000, but I get a ****load of the standard 25's and stack it up. But, I did feel stronger today, but my endurance was down. usually I'll be able to go heavier on the front squats, but, I know when my body is struggling so I just didn't push the issue.

here's my totals for today, my calories are down, I couldn't eat between 9and 2. fat 15(really low) carbs 167 (a little high for me) protein 402( on point) calories 2487, about 200 to low. report back tommorrow. also bodyweight is 267, down almost 4 pounds(mostly waterweight)

DAY 2 part one:
well so far I can so the thermogenic is working, my body was warm the entire day yesterday, and I sweated like a madman. We're going to see if the stim is as good as reported. I only got about 4hours of sleep last night, and I got to be at work at 6 lets see how it gets me going. It worked as described yesterday, but that was on a full 7hours.
Positives:
decreased appetite
increased sweating(I like this when I'm working out)
The only side I noticed( other than sweating like a fat man in a tuxedo when I'm standing still) is the fact that I've been urinating a lot. The woman at my job yesterday asked if I had an enlarged prostrate.
But, so far so good.

Day 2 part 2:
well, I got 2 servings insofar, the stim really helped me get through work today. My weight this morning was 266, down another pound from yesterday. Now I know people will start in with "these products don't work that quick" but I know my body and when I diet I lose a good amount of weight the first 3 days of a serious cut. Like I said before, I noticed I'm sweating more and pissing a hell of alot more. I upped my daily water intake from 2.5 to 3 gallons, and if I still feel thirsty I will go by upping 1 quart at a time over the 3 gallon mark.
I'm noticing more vascularity in my forearms, calves and quads(no doubtly do to losing all the water weight.) Sorry I don't have a camera or a camera phone to post pics, because I can def see a diff.
Also, I had to have a slight carb up today. I'm flattening out way to much, so I bumped up my carbs the last 2 meals and I'm filling out now. So far I like how this is making me feel.

Just got back from the gym. I did shoulders today instead of back because my lower back was tight. I didn't take any superpump 250 today( I usually only take it 2 times a week) and needless to say I had a great workout. lost of energy, sweating like a fatman at a transfat forum.

Day 2 wrap up:
overall felt good, lots of energy with little sleep. Monster workout today. I upped my water and my carbs slightly today, but I'm going to deplete my carbs the next few.
Macro breakdown for today:
fat 40 carbs 171 protein 350 calories 2515
bodyweight 266. down almost 5 pounds in 3 days mostly due to water.

Well, weighed in at264 3/4 this morning, that was before cardio. I did 40 min on the treadmill at 4mph on a 10%incline, after that I weighed 259. My body weight has always fluctuated when I do early morning cardio so I was expecting this. The FYRE had me sweating balls, and the fact it was 82 at 8am also helped. Meal one consisted of 8 egg whites, 2whole eggs, and a cup of fat free cottage cheese, with my multi and joint supp. After eating and rehydrating myself my weight is back to 265

well everything is going well. No work today, just relax around the house and wait to go to the gym. I've noticed the appetite suppressant is really working, I haven't felt hungry, but I am feeling warm all day so far. I've got 3 meals in and about 3 more to go(4 if you count the pwo as a real meal).

I just didn't eat enough yesterday. It was almost 98 degrees yesterday, and I just basically had to force myself to eat. Not once was I hungry, the appetite suppressant was in full force.
Bodyweight this morning is 264, down 7lbs since Mon. The good things is my strength is up or the same in all my lifts and that's good. I gauge how much strength I lose while on a cut. All I got today is cardio, and to relax, so its going to be a good day.

Day 4: COMMON SENSE WILL NOT PREVAIL
Well, I'm not supposed to lift today but I got the urge, i think I'm going to just go do traps, and calves. I love calf training. I don't write it down in my log book cause its pointless for me(right up there with forearms)
I got cardio in and done, feeling pretty good so far, I think that's why I'm in the mood to go lift. I'll give it about an hour and if I'm still revving it up I'll go, if not, oh well. I already got 5 brutal workouts in so its up to me.
I'm going to be changing up my training days till my lower back loosens up. on thurs I'll be doing shoulders, fri will be complete back, upper and lower. Sat will be a feel day,meaning if I feel good I'll lift....lol

Well, today is the start of a beautiful day............MORE CARBS!!!!! I was pretty tired yesterday, I only did 30 min of cardio and that was enough. I got only evening cardio left, plus a chest workout, lets see how strong I still am. My bodyweight is down to 262 this morning, thats down 9lbs since last mon.

god do I love carbs. I just ingested 81 grams from oats and I'm loving it. i had about 110 for breakfast, thats almost more than I had the previous 2 days. I feel good now.

Wow heart beating and sweating? Im doing 4 a day i take 2 fyre first thing in the morning, and those 2 at once along with 2 cups of coffee for breakfast dont even make me sweat or anything.

yeah I do admit the enegry is through the roof. I've noticed that certain supps make my heart beat a little faster. Nothing to be even remotely worried about, but I wanted to put it out there. As for the sweating, I've always sweated, but since my heartrate is more elevated I'm going to sweat more. About the waterweight: I'm drinking 3.5gal a day, and I'm still thirst, are you having this problem?

im always thirsty so i don't notice a difference in that.

about half of this is waterweight, but nonetheless I'm happy. I can definitely see the difference in my upper back-trap area, my forearms and lowerlegs. I'm impressed with Fyre.

Wow I'm dragging today. Low carb days kick my ass plain and simple. I'll be doing shoulders today, its def gonna be a day for the sp250. I'm pretty happy overall my orders came in from bb.com: pw, wf, gm, 2 syntrax matrix cookies and cream, and some new wrist wraps.....yippie.
my bodyweight is 260, down 11lbs. My strength is still hanging in there, its just no carbs is a pain, and right now I'm tired.

I'm only getting between 0-20 carbs per meal, but I'm not hungry. post macro's later.

I didn't eat enough fat and I was about 50 grams of protein short. I was pretty rundown yesterday, so I didn't do any cardio. I'm open to suggestions about what types of fats I can add so I can have some more total.

DAY 9 MACROS

well yesterday was another good day for me. Total calories aren't where they need to be but I'm having a hard time eating all the time. My energy is on point, focus is amazing, so far I love Fyre, its in my tops of all time for stim/fat burner. I did 40 min of cardio this morning(20 on elipitical, and 20 on treadmill). I was sweating like a pig, all over the equipment. I followed that up with a circuit of ab training(hanging knee raises, standard crucnhes, the ab machine) of 50 reps each with no rest in between.

well today is a boring ass day. I was up before 8, did my cardio early, then just sat around. my bw today is 259, down 12lbs from when I started this. I prob wont post the macros tonight, but I'll get everything caught up before sun. My abs are killing me from that circuit training.

well, I didn't eat enough again. I did a lot of yard work so I lost track of time. I only had 4 meals. I'll get back on track again today, no cardio and no weights. bodyweight this morning was again 259, down 12 lbs since start.
SIDES lots of sweating and pissing.
PROS decreased appetite, insane energy and focus, lots of sweating, improved vascularity.
so far I like what I feel.

Are you doing the "zig zag"? Is that what its called? Where you eat just protein, then eat just carbs? That is so you don't get the insulin spike right? I think I read up on that a while back. It sounds like it is working pretty well for you. 12 lbs down to date huh? That is pretty impressive. I had to go jump on the scales after i read your log. I am down 7 lbs. Which I am very happy with. I think if I dial in my diet a little tighter and drink enough water, I should be keeping up with you. :) I have a goal now, a little fuel added to my fyre. :) Also, I know a lot of what I have lost is water weight, but my strength is staying up as well, so I do not believe I have lost much lean mass if any. Keep up the good work man. I'll be checking in.

usually my carb intake will be a high day on mon 400 and above, then I go low carbs tues-sun, 150 and less. On the low carb days I try to take in the majority in before and after I work out. My problem is I'm not taking in enough fats right now.

yesterday was a good day, a scheduled cheat meal....5000cal cheat meal...oh hell yeah. Well today is day 12, down 12lbs, I did 25 min of cardio this morning, and I'm getting ready to go to the gym. I got chest and calves, and ab training. Then I got to go to work, I'll be doing another 25 min of cardio when I get home, I'll post the totals and how I feel then.

It started out with a 36oz steak from the restaurant I went to yesterday with my gf for fathers day. I had some quesadillas, chili, cheese fries, 2 loaded potatoes(bacon, cheese, broccoli, sourcream, and chives), I actually had 3 glasses of real icedtea(none of that damn crystal light), tow pieces of chocolate cheesecake. then on the way home I had a banana split from dairy queen...it felt great.

Not to bad of a day, I thought I had a ****ty chest workout and boy was I wrong. Overall this stack is blowing me away. The FYRE is amazing, I'm not sure how much the guggulbolic is working, but since it's designed to work synergisticly with the FYRE I probably cant notice it. Calories are almost at where I want them, protein is a little low and so is fat, but my schedule is steady this week, so I should dial it in just right. The cheat meal(day) was what I needed to get my body firing on all 8 cylinders.
No sides to be reported yet, and I'm guessing I'm not going to have any either. If you have any questions just ask.

I fell asleep last night so I didn't get to post totals.

I felt good yesterday, a little tired, but on the overall it was a good day. I took my second serving of FYRE 45min before I worked out and it was great. My energy was insane throughout the workout, focus was great, overall it was a good workout. I didn't do any cardio yesterday, my body just felt like it needed a break from it. Water intake was around 3gal, maybe a little more.
DAY 15 THE HALFWAY POINT
Well, I figured I start this day out with some cardio(yippie). I did 40 min on the bike (burned 425 cal), then followed that up with some abs. (crunches, knee raises, and the ones where you use the rope attachment on the cables) I forgot to weigh myself this morning but after the workout I was 252 Now I know, that is going to bounce back up. I did cardio and abs before I ate, so it will prob go back up to 256-58 by the end of the day. But, either way 19lbs in 14 days is insane. I will post my bw tonight, I wont fall asleep this time.

DAY 15 TOTALS :(
I had a good workout, but after that it went downhill fast. I started to fill ****ty so I fell asleep at around 745. I only got to eat 3 meals(bummer) at only like a total of 1300calories(even worse).
DAY 16
I was up at 4am to go to work. I was just dog tired(from having a sinus cold), nothing helped to get my mind moving, but this usually happens when I'm sick. My bodyweight was still at 252, but I'm looking flat as hell in the shoulders, upperchest and arms, this is no doubtly because of the lack of calories the last 2 days. I'm not feeling the best as of now, so my workout might not be the best. I'm going to do back tonight, legs might be getting skipped this week(boo), I'm just running out of time, and energy, and I don't want to hurt myself.

I wasn't say 5 years ago, then I quit taking them, now I have to watch how many I take, and they keep me up all night. When you got to get up at 4am it sucs.

Yesterday was a great day overall, I didn't get enough total calories again(2050) but I got 385g protein, so I'm happy there. Today I didn't get to workout because I just felt rundown.(not from the diet, but just all the running around I've been doing) I did cardio for 40min this morning before work, and I felt good all day. I just don't want to go to the gym and half ass it, thats not what I do. So I will be rested up for tomorrow and I'll hit it good.

You know what I really am. I wanted to drop some weight for summer, but I couldn't get going, then this oppurtunity came and it was a blessing. I don't mind dieting and all, but I love my carbs and thats where my problem comes from. But Fyre is an amazing product, flat out.

well yesterday was a no go on the weights, I did 25 minutes of cardio in the am. I wasn't going to bust my ass on my birthday. I'm going to be relaxing as well today, going grocery shopping, and doing the whole house thing. I have about 5 days left, tops, of this stack. I'll go into detail in my final review about the pro's, con's, and just overall how I felt during this journey. Tomorrow will be day 26, chest day (and a little shoulders), and I'm going to up the cardio again. I'm anxious to get my bf tested again to see what Ive dropped down to. My waist is now 34, thats down 2 inches during this stack, so either way, I'm happy.

Well just got off of work, going to relax, then go bust my ass at the gym. My bodyweight is 254, up 3lbs(but to be expected), but overall down 17lbs. I'm going to be hitting it hard this week, and the next, and the next(well you get the picture). I just love to go in the gym, train, come home, and go to bed. This is a great log...non frills; right to the point. And your weight loss is nothing short of amazing. It's good that you haven't lost any strength. How much definition are you seeing?

my chest is starting to show striations, delts are starting to do the same. My middle-upperback is looking the best it has since I was 19. My legs and calves have always looked good, but now they're looking real good.

That's great to hear. Fyre did a great job ripping me up when I was on it. I think it definitely should be mentioned with some of the other top fat burners on the market.

well thats the workout, I didn't get to do as much as I'd like to do, but what the hell, at least I got a workout. I finished up the fyre and guggul, I will be busy until sun, so thats when I will write my final review, post my stats, and so on and so forth. but a quick review is: this stack is potent, great energy, focus, and appetite control. Would I buy it? HELL YES.
