ok, so there are so many guy bobybuilders on here...its awesome to see pro girls. i've been lifting for a few years but only seriously got into it into it until a month or 2 ago.
here's one of the things i've been wondering....
ok guys can bulk and no big deal..who cares if they weigh an extra 30lb's....but girls...its like WHOA SHE IS FAT!
so what do you guys do in terms of bulking or whatever...

I do a 12 week load cycle with creatine and 200 grams of protein a day and then I do a 12 week cutting cycle with lots of cardio and low carbs. I keep on doing this that way I never get too bulking, every 12 weeks I will thin down and cut up.

I've been lifting for several years, but I have been doing this program for 2 months only. In that 2 months I've lost 7 pounds of fat and put on 7 pounds of lean muscle. I'm 5'9" 135lbs and I want to get to 140lbs within another 2 months. I would say it's working! I eat very clean and take in less then 80 grams of carbs a day (I hate to cardio).

sounds good :) i'mnot into the whole low-carb thing though and i do really like cardio...haha.
